Our motor lost power on our road trip back to Tennessee. We stopped at a rest area and Googled auto repair. Ford's Tire came to our rescue and even picked up our family and drove us to a hotel. They got to work on it first thing in the morning and kept us in the loop. Service was quick and affordable. I don't know what we would have done without their assistance.

Recently, we were traveling home to Mass from FLA and awoke to a totally flat tire. After a AAA tow, our problem was solved quickly and efficiently by Mike and his team. Thanks to them, we only lost 1 and a half hours. As a "yankee" in the south, I was very impressed with your southern hospitality. Thanks again to Mike and the crew at Ford's!!

Do not ever use this place. They sent my son out with a missing lug nut. Tightened all the rest up to the point it took a steel bar extension to pop them loose. Also tried convincing him his rotters were bad.

AAA towed us to Ford’s when we got a flat on the interstate. We were not from the state of SC. Ford’s was absolutely wonderful. The place had a large comfortable waiting area and a very clean nice bathroom. Mike went out of his way to promptly find a workable solution to our issue. He was so helpful and kind and put us at ease in a stressful situation. He restored our faith in mankind! Would highly recommend to anyone.

A bad experience. My car was towed there and Dan told me he’d call me the following day on what work was needed . My car wasn’t able to reach a speed over 45 mph. He told me it’s wasn’t major as I feared since it was an almost a 20 year old car . He replaced the serpentine belt, computer diagnostics and thermostat but failed to diagnose the actual problem which was a bad transmission.The car was released to us without us knowing. He tried to call us and say a serious miscommunication was made we needed to go to a transmission repair shop. Unfortunately, our phones were out of charge and we didn’t the get message. We were charged $425 and the car isn’t fixed . It would’ve save us much $ if the problem was identified correctly. It’s obvious they wanted to take advantage of us ! We won’t be going back here again!

These guys are amazing! Just let me tell you what happened to us and how the crew at Ford's Tire got us out of a jam! We found ourselves stranded on I-26 outside of Orangesburg, 3 hours from home, and 2 hours from our destination. Our old 30 year old suburban blew up it's alternator and left us sitting there with a camper in tow. It was cold and raining and semi trucks shook the camper with every pass, but the tow service could only take the truck and two of us, so my wife and oldest went with the truck to Ford's Tire and Automotive, while the rest of us huddled in the cold under a tarp in the woods for shelter and waited for help. Ford's Tire was crazy busy and nearing the end of a work day, but Mike stepped up and after listening to my wife tell our story said, "I'm not your husband, but I'm going to act like it and we're going to get your family off the side of the road." he began calling around and didn't stop until he found us a truck rental that would tow our trailer. Added to that Ford's Tire got our old suburban fixed up by the very next morning. The mechanic Trevor was awesome and went over everything that happened under the hood and gave me more tips on how to restore and take care of the old girl. I can't say enough good about this crew. Top notch, great people. These are the kind of people you want working on your car or truck! Honest, hard working and good. Thanks again, Mike, Trevor, and everyone at Ford's Tire! God greatly blessed us by your diligent and faithful service!

Earlier this week I stopped for gas in Orangeburg, en route from Savannah to Columbia. After fueling up, my car wouldn’t start. Called AAA to get a jump, thinking it was the battery. Turns out it was the starter. Because it was after hours, I had to get a tow to a local motel for the night. Called Ford’s when they opened at 8 the next morning. They assured me they could get it repaired that day. Was able to get it towed to them at about 10:30, and by Noon it was repaired for a very reasonable price. Then they drove ten miles round trip to get me from hotel to car. Two hours later I was back on my way, and the car broke down again a quarter mile from my motel. Called Ford’s back to let them know I was getting it towed back to them. Instead, they sent a mechanic to me where the car stalled. He quickly figured out the air filter was clogged, so they replaced it for me and refused to let me pay anything for that, even though it was in no way their fault. Just a total coincidence. I dare you to find better service than that. These are good people.

I was 600 miles into a 1200 mile trip from FL to PA, and at 3am on I-26W, had a pothole induced blowout on my uncommon sized tire (235/35ZR19). Towed by AAA to Ford’s Tire Pros at 4:30am. The owner Mike arrived at 6:15am, found me sleeping in my car, and then put every effort into finding a tire to match my car. He found one an hour away and had it delivered to his shop. I was on the road again by 10:30am. I felt like I was a home in his shop. All employees were friendly and courteous, not just to me, but to all those that came in for service. Too bad I don’t live closer to this shop, as I’d go to this shop for service on my cars.
