My experience with this CVS was great. Customer service is excellent, assist with prescription coupons. Visited store three times and called several times. It's worth the 20 minute drive.

Cliff in the pharmacy is my hero. After a full day trying to track down an emergency prescription at another CVS, Cliff was finally able to locate it. Unfortunately he couldn’t fill it since it wasn’t in stock but helped transfer it to another pharmacy near by. After a full day ordeal trying to get this prescription filled I will be forever grateful to Cliff.

Wow ! Where do I start ? I've been with CVS for over 25 years. Minnesota where I grew up and my children were born. Then several places in Virginia. All were excellent experiences. 5 ☆ stars UNTIL here at 1600 Richmond Rd Williamsburg. Moved here 3 years ago and it started BAD at the very beginning and has NEVER gotten any better . I would give it zero stars if I could. So Rude . Almost every visit. Noticed other ppl having bad , rude service around me. All the comments I read were same type experiences I had, and both my grown kids also had . Last straw was when I went to p/u an rx I've had for over 30 yrs . Text said it was ready .Came to drive-thru 169.00 they said it would be. I was like "What?" I never pay that . Employee rudely said it was declined by insurance. I asked if they could find out why and whats going on. Sorry we don't know why . I left . Didn't have 169.00 . Called insurance to find what was going on .They said they were running it for 90 days and we only cover for 30 days. My insurance said all they had to do was check what the decline code was and then run the RX for 30 days . WOW !!! That was my last straw with CVS . I even called to speak with manager Cliff Machoka . When I heard his voice I IMMEDIATELY knew why most everyone is so rude . They are following "the leader" manager. I told him I was now moving to Walgreens . You need to call them. (RUDELY) I told him after 25 plus years I'm leaving CVS because of the last 3 years and that there is obviously a problem here . He said " I'm just fine " and hung up on me . I was never rude to him . I never raised my voice. I was just letting him know how unbelievable my families experiences have been at this location and that we've never been treated like this by Any other CVS . I called the 1800 # for CVS after that . Still waiting for a call back .

Absolutely horrible experience attempting to conduct a drive thru COVID test. Ensure you stay in the left lane if you need a COVID test. Both lanes are marked as “full service” however they will make you circle back around and wait in line again. Customer service was rude and inefficient. Entire process look nearly 2 hours. Think we would have figured this out by now. COVID continues to win 😓

Our two year old started to have noticeable eye discharge on a Saturday, and we were fortunate that our pediatricians office had nurses on duty. They called in a prescription for pink eye to the closest CVS to where we were starting, only to get there at 5:20pm and find that they close at 5pm Fri-Sun. I called this location and found that they close at 6pm, so we headed over and called the pediatrician’s office to see about getting the script transferred. My husband went in and said how nice and helpful the pharmacy crew was, and that they began to get the meds ready while they waited on the nurse to transfer the request. I was so appreciative. Our baby’s eyes got pretty bad, and it would have been horrible if we had to wait another day. Thanks, pharmacy!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They can’t be bothered to answer the phone I’ve sat on the phone for an hour waiting to speak to someone. I had a prescription that they had for DAYS and didn’t fill and when I called they said it would be ready at 10 am. I got there at 10am wasn’t ready said give them 20 mins. I left and literally 2 mins later I got a text saying it was ready. So I ended up having to drive all the way back across town to get my medication. The employees are never pleasant and act like the patient is just a nuisance. I’ve been using CVS for over 15 years and this is worst I’ve ever seen it. They have lost a loyal customer for life. I will not give them another dime. If you go there I suggest switching and getting FAR AWAY from CVS.

Walk-in medical services are terrible and wouldn’t help us print a simple form to get our daughter enrolled in daycare (last minute emergency). Couldn’t be bothered and moved onto the next “patient”.

On Good Friday 4/15 I refilled 2 prescriptions through the automated system. I was about to leave town for 5 days, but my scripts wouldn't be ready for 4 hours; so I waited. When I went to pick them up, the pharmacy told me they wouldn't be able to be refilled until 4/17. I explained to them the automated system said my refills would be ready at 3pm today. Their reply was that the automated system was wrong sometimes. Even though they knew I would be away, they would not fill my 2 regular, non-opiod scripts. They told me to find a pharmacy were I was going. I NEVER had issues like this at Walgreens. To CVS I am a number, not a person...and their automated system is useless

I was given misinformation from the nurse, Deanna Weeks, at this CVS Minute Clinic. My wife and I needed to get vaccinations, and we were told that our health insurance would cover 100% of the costs. Two months later I received a bill from CVS Minute Clinic that my insurance did not cover the costs and CVS says I owe them $321! I blame this both on CVS and my health insurance provider, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. Before I went to CVS I called member services at Harvard Pilgrim and the customer service representative told me that the vaccinations would be covered at 100%, and I would owe nothing.

I was picking up a friend from surgery and she chose this awful excuse for a pharmacy. After we arrived, they told us (dead to the face by the way) that the prescription would be filled in 20 mins or so. After waiting in the drive through line of the Pharmacy for 45 mins, the “pharmacist” told us that it won’t be ready for another 30 mins. After we have already waited over 1 hour, she said she could expedite the order and it would be another 15 mins or so. This place is awful and the people have no understanding of when people get out of surgery people need their meds.
