This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy you can find in Lafayette. I went to pick up my medicine after more than one hour of being prescribed and still not ready. I went back at 1:20pm but the Pharmacy was closed for lunch break when lunch break starts at 1:30pm till 2 PM. I tried to call the drive throw window no body answered. I have work 2-9 which means I can’t take my medication till the next day!! In addition, couple days ago my friend was very sick we went to get his medicine and the lady at the window asked for his date of birth like literally 10 times then she said it’s not ready yet, We went back for it she said the insurance is not working and when my friend was trying to figure it out she said it’s too late now come back tomorrow!! Like one star is a lot for this pharmacy.

Was waiting in line to transfer a prescription to this location, but cashier and pharmacist were busy listening to an elderly lady give a psychic reading to the cashier about who her future husband would be. There were 6 people behind me. I could see two cars in the drive thru. I could hear the intercom announcing two callers on hold. Finally I spoke and asked if there was anyone else working behind the counter because I was needing to take of my situation and I’m sure everyone behind me needed to as well. The lady was not happy that I had interrupted her. Apparently she was getting paid for this “session “. I noticed the large amount of negative reviews about the the pharmacist staffthe drive thru and started waiting on customers. Turns out there were 7 cars waiting. I know because the cashier waiting on the lady in front of me did not stop her “session “. She continued to ask questions until it was finished. Finally I was able to ask about transferring a prescription. This apparently was funny to the cashier. She walks away from me and gets a pad. She asks my name and I tell her. She asks my date of birth, the drug, and where it is. So I give her all of that information. Then she says it will be done tomorrow or Saturday because she is very busy and she can’t call for that right now. I almost laughed out loud. The smug look on her face told me she was doing this out of spite. As I left the store another customer told me that she saw the cashier shoot me the bird behind my back. I decided once I got home to call the store to see if they called for the prescription yet. No one is answering the phone. I’ve been on hold now for 27 minutes. This is my 3rd time calling because each time someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. While looking up the number I noticed the large amount of negative reviews regarding the pharmacist and the staff. I decided against having my prescription filled here and was calling to cancel the request. The one time someone picked up the phone and I started to explain she screamed I told you I wasn’t doing that today and hung up. I’m calling back again and I’m still on hold. What kind of monsters do you people hire?

Google says they close at 11, but they closed the doors in my face as I was walking in at 9:54 tonight. I asked if they were closing because I would be quick, and all she said was, "yeah." 🤷🏻♀️

CAUTION: DO NOT BRING YOUR UPS PACKAGES TO BE DROPPED OFF HERE! I brought a UPS package here 10 days ago. I just checked tracking to see if it was delivered. Nope still at CVS. Called CVS and sure enough it's been sitting there. Absolute trash service. 0/10 would not recommend.

Horrible service. Messed up my paper work twice so they had to re do it 3 times, instead of having some urgency to get it right the staff socialized with each other essentially putting the customer as last their last priority. Definitely never going back.

Rude attitude for no reason answering the phone. And still haven’t successfully transferred my prescriptions for the third day in a row. Overall have had a bad experience with them these past few days still not improving

pharmacy staff is EXTREMELY rude! they all had attitudes for absolutely nothing. went in to fix several mistakes THEY made and they acted as if i caused the problem. definitely won’t be coming here again.
