May be the worst Walmart neighborhood market in Baton Rouge. No employee working at the Service Desk at 8am as required. After waiting for 15 minutes was told she would be late. Came back two hours later and still no one at this location. Was told she was on the way. After another 15 minute wait the white lady with white hair very rudely said she is on the way. When she finally showed up her attitude was very inappropriate as if she was bothered by having to work!!!! No apology and no pleasant greeting!! Disgusting experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service desk has been closed for a week straight. It’s clear customer service isn’t a priority with this retailer anymore. I highly advise you take your money elsewhere.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Many of the employees at the front don’t give a s**t about their jobs. It’s already irritating that many of them get paid to just stand around and chit chat, while I have to do the labor of scanning my own groceries. And when I ask for help at customer service, they act like it’s the biggest hassle in the world and give out a huge sigh. They act like I’m privileged for receiving their help… No, you’re just doing your job.

Love this neighborhood market. The store is clean and the products are usually fresh and not out of date for canned goods, etc- Some of the employees are not the friendliest but overall a consistently good experience shopping here.

I'm a delivery driver and on 02/14/2021 the system crashed and there were delays. The employees in the Pick Up department were awesome. They worked extremely hard keeping everyone updated and trying their best to get orders completed as soon as possible. I was so amazed at how they were working to keep customers calm in a difficult situation that I refused to cancel any of my deliveries and just waited. I arrived at Walmart for my 10:45 order and didn't leave until after 9pm when I completed my last order, I had 10. If it had not been for those amazing employees I would have just canceled and left.

I like this walmart and been going here for awhile. However , 3/15/19, around 7:15 i made a purchase. A minute later i get a notification fron bank about fraudulent actuvity. I called them and someone in florida tried to make (2) purchases with my card information. One for $16( declined) and one for $110( declined). My personal purchase was only around $11. My debit card was deactivated to protect my hard earn funds. I called this store and all they could say, "I'll watch the self checkout to see whats going on." That was unacceptable to me. Putting an out of order sign on the machine and investigating would have been better. I only called to protect other customers. I will continue to visit but using only cash or check out with a cashier. Please check your account after using these self checkout machines. The picture only shows one one fraudulent purchase. When I call, I learned there were two.
