I went here two time and both times was completely ignored. I finally asked a lady that was sitting down at the desk for help and she said she had “2 mins” to help me and then proceeded to act like she was doing me a favor . Do not recommend this place unless u want to be treated like a second hand Citizen

Been in HVAC industry for 30 years. Blackman had been and always will be the slowest of them all...even when Ferguson took them over they seem to have gotten worse...I gave 3 stars because usually have parts needed when other supply houses are out of stock....

They have a beautiful show room!! With quality products...the sales crew were fantastic ...i even had a lot of fun with both of them! Very knowledgable staff in the showrm and parts area ! Just a totally great experience.🌸

They have great designed bathroom and kitchen sinks and fixtures. You'll surely make your home look luxurious with these pretty pieces. Be prepared with the size of the space you look to decorate and install pieces with. It helps. There's also a parts dept in the rear if you need parts, tools, cleaning agents, etc.

I ordered a few things for my kitchen. I was told the sink would be delivered in a week and that it was in stock. The sink is needed for our cabinet maker. Two weeks later no sink delivered so we called and we are then told that the sink is not in stock and it will not be available to be delivered until May. After calling our cabinet maker, we are told that are kitchen will have to be on hold because he cannot make the sink cabinet without the sink on hand The next day we call the store to try to order a different sink several times and leave three messages. No one ever answers our calls or calls us back. The following day I try calling again and nobody answers the phone after several attempts so I drive to the store. I brought back the accessories I ordered for my sink and requested to return them and cancel the sink being shipped. I was told they can just refund me the money right away and they would be calling me other three day or on Monday to complete the return/cancel order over the phone. Big surprise it’s after business hours on Monday and no one had called me again Update. 3 more days go by. Still no one from the store will help. I’ve called every day. Yesterday my salesman actually answered the phone. He told me that today I would get a call for someone to refund my 800something dollars. Big surprise no one called. And when I called no representatives were available. I just want my money back. This is not a place I will ever do business with again.

I went to the Bohemia location earlier today and am so happy I met Eddie at the counter there who helped me. I needed several lengths of SlantFin Fineline 30 Baseboard. Eddie was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Eddie went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed to get the job done right and at a great price. That was very appreciated since I am not a plumber. I would recommend to anyone to ask for Eddie at the Bohemia location.

They have a lot in the showroom, but there weren't a lot of customers present with a number of employees present who said hello but did not offer to assist although my husband and I were on the floor for 30 minutes looking and discussing things we had plenty of questions and could have really used a helpful knowledgeable person to guide us. Also can't believe the markups on towel rods!
