Drive thru time was a nightmare, fast food it was not lol. Took 45 mins from time to order to time picked up, and I still didn't get all I order, had to refund part of it as it wasn't ready yet. Food is fine, service was good, training new people takes time, but when you're on the clock as well it's not.

Ordered online, used the online order line, which made the process seem less and wait free. They even accommodated us by allowing us to order a drink at the very end of the order, which I can imagine many restaurants would force us to drive back through. Awesome svc

Great new tbell, staff may forget you in the drive thru but food is way better here than Marquette. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Some cross contact but my dietary needs fit fine.

Easily the worst taco bell on earth. Stood there at the counter today for 15 minutes waving a 20 at them and nothing. Half hour lunch break was over so I went back to negaunee on empty. The manager is a joke, third bad ride here

The manager, Jessica, is EXTREMELY rude. Stopped through the mobile order pickup, no one greeted us after 3 minutes while there was no one else in the drive-thru. So, we pulled around and the manager approached with a VERY hostile tone, and slammed the window in my face after telling me to pull around again. She should NOT be in management position. I feel very sorry for the other employees who have to work under such poor management.

Their closing time is 1am. I drove from Negaunee and got there at 12:45 and was the only car in line and they didn’t take my order..never even came to the speaker. If you’re not actually going to be open until 1am then change your closing time to 12:30 or 12:45 so people don’t waste their time and drive all the way there? Very unprofessional! Please update your opening and closing hours on google!

Probably the best Taco Bell I've been to. Food quality was great, service was quick, and the worker who gave me my food was super friendly. I wish the Taco Bell in my town would follow in their footsteps.

I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews, but this is a damn good Taco Bell. It is 10 times better than the one in Marquette and I will go out of my way to go to this one instead. I love that they have a mobile ordering drive-thru separate from regular ordering so I can get my food quicker because I don't have to wait for people in front of me. Also they load everything 5% more than the other taco bell in Marquette. The food is always hot almost to the point where I have to let it cool down for a sec which is a great thing. Newly built, clean interior. Nice bathrooms

Forgot sour cream in my burrito so I called them to let them know. Very nice lady I spoke with on the phone they gave me another one and cinnamon twists. Everyone makes mistakes. Nice and hardworking staff, crazy how much they do in one day. Thank you guys, you’re doing great!

What a great addition to Ishpeming! The building is clean and modern, staff was very friendly and the service was quick, especially since they just opened this location.
