Not a place you really want to eat at, the asian lady is very rude and treats the employee like a slave.

Went back after 2 bad experiences to give them a try. The bagels tasted like they were from yesterday and the flavored cream cheese was on the dry side almost brittle telling me how old it was. The bagels were cut in a way that they fell apart because the halves didn't line up. They usually don't have heros and me and my son have a tradition of splitting a hungry man like my father did with me back when super hero was open and having it on a roll which is just a egg sandwich overstuffed and basically just a mess the same price and not satisfying. I'm sorry to give the review I just needed to be honest because this was my last attempt. I wouldnt give them 1 star because it was edible just not enjoyable.

Hard to rate this place small disorganized and could benefit from a good cleaning. Seems to be a one man operation which slows things down. Also doesn't have a good variety of bagels. If you run out of gas in front of the place and have no other choice go in and ask where the closest bagel shop is and keep moving.

The service was really good and very friendly and the breakfast special was good. Where I have to emphasize with this and other bagel shops so even if you wearing a pair of gloves. They have to be changed between each customer. When I see money being handled with that same glove as well as touching other surfaces such as the door to the walk-in refrigerator, cracking open eggshells and having a little bit of raw egg touching the fingertips, potentially. As well as other surfaces. All this while using the same glove touching the surfaces. Then one would be better off not wearing gloves and just washing your hands in between but of course not to do that you just have to change the gloves after each customer you cannot handle money, touch other surfaces and just keep wearing the same one glove then use that same glove on the next customer that I observe after me to pick up one dozen bagels with that same glove that has handled money from all previous customers in that same glove hand as well as all the other contaminated and/or dirty surfaces. I don’t understand people just don’t get this you can’t use the same pair of gloves that makes the gloves pointless to wear if they’re not changed.

I always loved stopping by this shop on my way to work. It is never open as early as advertised lately. I like to support small mom and pop shops, but disappointed they are not open at 6:30 am, prime breakfast stop time for early employees.

Went on a Sunday morning at 8am and they were out of heroes for the hungry man so they made on a roll. It was okay. They also did not have the cookies on their menu. The bagels were good

This is was the worst. I should've known by the appearance of the establishment. Was about to make an about face and go elsewhere, but decided to try it anyways. Bad move. The wrap was horrible. For starters it was real small and the chicken was dry and had no taste. I got my son a bagel sandwich and the bagel was stale and for the price was not worth it at all. The only positive thing I can say about this place was I left really quick and I'll never go back.

First and last time I'll order from here again. I ordered some heroes for my daughter's birthday party and was very disappointed. I wasn't too bothered by the fact that the food wasn't ready on time even when I ordered more than a week ahead of time but when I found hair and plastic in the sandwich that was just too much. I called and spoke to a manager and all he said was that it's never happened in the past 13 years he's been working there. There's a first time for everything. So I suggested maybe the cook should start wearing a hairnet. The manager just seemed annoyed and just told me he'll relay the message to the owner and the owner will get back to me. To no surprise, no one has reached back to me.

Superior bagels, fast, friendly service, fantastic selection (dig the rainbow-colored ones). Only wish they'd toast or warm our order, an everything with scallion cream cheese. Serving it to us cold seemed odd. No seating. Just get in there & go.
