Mike is by far the best!! This is my third Subaru, and second from mike!!! Four years went by from buying my last one, he remembered me like time had stopped! Absolutely awesome customer service, knowledgeable of the cars and even called 2 days later to check in on me and the car!!! Don’t waste time going to other Subaru dealers!!! I come back for my cars at East Hills because they have employees like Michael Chiofalo. Why? Mike cares and he wears his heart on his sleeve. He does the best for you while still making sure the place keeps the lights on. He makes you feel welcomed, part of the family at the dealership and bends over backwards to make your car buying experience as good as it can be. Attentive, passionate, fun to talk to and an all-around great guy. I've worked with Mike now on three Subaru's and I won't go anywhere else. This was my first time purchasing a Subaru and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Our sales consultant, Mr. Darren Bruno, was so courteous, helpful and informative. He went through and explained everything in detail so that my wife and I were completely comfortable. All the features in the car were overwhelming at first but Darren went over all of them and even helped us download the Subaru app on our phones so we could take advantage of many features. We had our puppy with us and Darren gave us a portable dog water & food bowl as a gift which we thought was so nice. When we picked up our vehicle, Darren took us on a test drive so we could get comfortable with our new car and all of its features.
