Great dealership, Carmine is fantastic! He gave us all the information we wanted with no pressure. It was the quickest visit I’ve ever had with a dealership but I left with more information than ever before. Definitely recommend the dealership as a whole, but I can’t recommend Carmine enough.

Disappointing. I drive an hour to get to you and then an hour back. I bought my car from you and use your service whenever possible. I also own a house more than 3 hours north of you, so I have at times used a dealer up there. I was disappointed because I came in with a problem with the function of the windshield wipers, and I was also adding an oil change. The person I spoke to when arranging the appointment apparently wrote it up as requiring wiper blade replacement, as per Jordan Fell. I clarified that, but was again disappointed when the part was not available and I’d have to drive back. Further disappointment occurred when I told Jason that I was going to be out of the country in a week and didn’t want to leave the car in this condition for my daughter. He thought the part would be in within a few days barring supply change issues. I asked if the part did come in this week, could I also get the service this coming week. He said he’d try. Given the drive I do and that I made a trip for an oil change, when there are dozens of places closer at which I can get an oil change, I think I should have been assured that I would get an appointment. Check-in person was cordial and friendly, manager was cordial and friendly, Jason was just OK, and Nancy, who thankfully didn’t wait on me this time, and I know she’s a favorite and has been there for an eternity, needs to learn to smile and stop acting like she’s doing the customer s favor.

Staff at service desk and staff in shop who took my car were cordial, eager to help, I am happy to have chosen Curry Subaru to service my vehicle, 4 out of 5 stars as there was still an issue that needed to be repaired, but looks like a factory/warranty issue. We have to bring it back again to fix. Great attitude at Curry.

Sept 2022, Nancy the Service Rep was wonderful. I was told I needed new rear break pads and rotors cut, so I asked to see for myself. Willy who was working on my car showed me the breaks and explained how worn there were. Fonts did not need to be changed. Since I am traveling to Florida next month I was advised not to wait. So I gave them the go ahead to do the brake job. Then when the car was done I asked Willy to show me the new break pads and cut rotors which he gladly did. Honestly, with my coupon the whole cost of the job with an oil change was not that bad in price. All and all, I would come back here again but only ask for Willy to work on my car since he was very knowledgeable and explained the work on my 2018 Crosstrek.

I had a very positive experience with this dealership. They (especially Phil) were professional, pleasant, honest and no nonsense. As of the time I’m writing this, I am very happy with my new car purchase from Curry Subaru! I would recommend to anyone looking for a good Subaru and a no hassle experience.

Curry Subaru has been great to me as a Subaru owner. The service department has been great in servicing my car in a timely manner and addressing any issues prior to them being an annoyance or troubling. Marc in the sales department is absolutely the best. Marc is straight up and honest, no hidden fees and just a down to earth salesman with knowledge of all the cars of the Subaru line up.

Everyone at Subaru was wonderful. My salesman was Mohan/Mike who was so kind and immediately put me at ease for what I was expecting to be a stressful experience. He spoke to me like an actual person, made sure that I was happy with my decisions and showed me the car that I fell in love with instantly based on what I was looking for. We were going to look at a few others but he suggested the Impreza and oh my gosh, I was so happy as soon as I saw it. Picking up the car was even more enjoyable, Mohan went over everything with my Dad and I and checked in with us after. He is great and I cannot stress enough how lucky Subaru is to HAVE HIM. Business manager Michael Libutti was just as nice and funny to boot, it was nice to laugh while seeing all my money disappear from my wallet. My dad and I also spoke to Jake who was also very kind. Overall: It was a very pleasant experience. I’m happy to be a new Subaru owner.

I know that when I take my car there, whether for routine service or special issues, my questions and/or concerns will be clearly addressed. Making an appointment online is easy. The waiting room is comfortable.

Had to wait 6 months for the new car but, after waiting I love the car and the customer service was great. My favorite part about this dealership was their commitment to our environment. The toilets are waterless which saves thousands of gallons of water a year. The lady who sold me the car (Genesis) was very nice and did not get pushy. When the car arrived she showed me all the new features I was getting.
