Everyone at Subaru was wonderful. My salesman was Mohan/Mike who was so kind and immediately put me at ease for what I was expecting to be a stressful experience. He spoke to me like an actual person, made sure that I was happy with my decisions and showed me the car that I fell in love with instantly based on what I was looking for. We were going to look at a few others but he suggested the Impreza and oh my gosh, I was so happy as soon as I saw it. Picking up the car was even more enjoyable, Mohan went over everything with my Dad and I and checked in with us after. He is great and I cannot stress enough how lucky Subaru is to HAVE HIM. Business manager Michael Libutti was just as nice and funny to boot, it was nice to laugh while seeing all my money disappear from my wallet. My dad and I also spoke to Jake who was also very kind. Overall: It was a very pleasant experience. I’m happy to be a new Subaru owner. ~amanda

I had a service appointment today. As soon as I pulled in Rick Cook my service advisor went straight to work checked the car himself in detail. He then came over to me and explained what service will be done and how long I should expect the car and suggested I go into the waiting room. Very courteous and explanatory. Make me feel at home.
