I had a service appointment today. As soon as I pulled in Rick Cook my service advisor went straight to work checked the car himself in detail. He then came over to me and explained what service will be done and how long I should expect the car and suggested I go into the waiting room. Very courteous and explanatory. Make me feel at home. I had a scheduled maintenance today and the experience was truly outstanding. The coordinator ROB got me started quickly and the service was very efficient. At the end ROB explained what had been done and went over when I needed to schedule the next visit. This experience was reinforced by the front office personnel. I was working on my laptop in the waiting area. One of the assistants made a point of finding me a vacant desk which made my work much easier. Just another example of high level service.

A great experience all around!! Jim Wolynetz in sales got me in the exact car I was looking for despite there being a wait for it. Communication during the wait was on point and he had everything setup along with Basil in finance for a quick and seamless transaction when the car arrived at the dealership. We love our Camry Hybrid and it was worth the wait thanks to Jim and Basil. Would highly recommend Jim, Basil and Toyota Curry!

My father went in to have a regular service (oil change, tire rotation). After waiting 2.5 hours, he was told all they needed to do was rotate the tires, as he wasn't due yet for an oil change. He was frustrated he had to wait so long for 1 simple service. Fortunately, he was not charged. He is usually very satisfied with the service department here, so hopefully next time there will be better communication!

Best experience I've ever had with a vehicle service department. Rob communicated with me through text and phone calls. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle and also sent a detailed description and cost. He made every attempt possible to lower the cost of repairs. I had a coolant leak. I called early morning after the 4th of July. Carlos was very nice and hooked me up with a tow company, Jim’s Towing. In about an hour we had the car towed. They identified a radiator leak. After the approval, they ordered the parts. They fixed the car the next day, 2 days earlier than estimated. Overall, satisfied so far. We have a 1,647 mile trip to go. Only issue I encountered was that they had forgotten to tighten a few bolts and clips around the body frame. Took it in next day and they were done in 15 minutes.

The service department is really great. Lots of attention and thorough explanations of every charge. The sales department on the other hand treated me like a second hand customer and left me unattended for 15m at a time. The sales person knew less about the car I was buying than I did and they did not have any new models to show me on the lot.

Carlos Matamoros was my advisor. He is very professional and explained what is required of the 26K service. He offered a maintenance package which is good for 2 years and greatly reduced my cost for service today which was immediately charged to the package! A great offer and a big help in reducing service cost! Thank you very much Carlos for taking good care of me and my car. This is my first time going to Curry Toyota as I recently moved to the area, but Carlos found my service record online! I would highly recommend Curry, and all staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful.
