William is most knowledgeable about the products and is willing to share He is friendly and easy to talk to. We spent about an hour in the store as he opened my new phone, transferred the data, disabled my old phone, put on the screen saver and new case and explained the differences in the operation of the new phone. He made the whole process worthwhile.
