I usually enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee and food but this particular location is incredibly dirty. There was trash and bugs absolutely everywhere. The worker was eating while she took my order and while she prepared my coffee. She came off quite rude and annoyed that I was there. This was not during a high-traffic time of day when you might expect they would be busy and not able to keep up with cleaning. I would not recommend anyone visit this store.

I buy coffee and food from there. When I bought coffee before, there was a bad smell on the lid, I couldn't drink it, I threw it in the trash, I wanted to buy it again today, there is a girl who looks bad again, there is a girl who looks bad there again. I have a coffee cover and my food again, I said can you wear gloves on your hands and he treated me very badly he said no coffee, get out, rude

Won’t allow u to use restroom even when u are a paying customer also they wouldnt sell me a coffee cause I didn’t have an actual mask but had a hoodie with a baclava built into it which is a face covering for working out doors so much for customer service for front line workers. I went here everyday for months but won’t be returning anymore

Not allowed to use the restroom as a customer… excuse given: “for the safety of us employees.” Absolutely retarded. Show me the company policy stating such. Piece of paper with hand writing stating employees only but I used that restroom with the same two employees working two days ago. Seems to me like min wage employees just don’t wanna have to clean a bathroom. Ridiculous.

I ordered 2 pumpkin and vanilla latte and brought it back because the taste was way off than I normally get. I ask to add milk and change the second one to coffee with 8 cream but the lady added coffee and milk instead. She was nice and apologize but the lady with the straight black hair just had to be very NASTY about it.the other lady was very apologetic and sweet.some people should working the back and not help customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Today, May 25th 2021, is the second day in a row they have opened AFTER 7am. This has been consistent for them that 5 out of 7 days a week, they open late/after 7am. The staff is rude and dismissive as well. They can't stick to a schedule and are rude about it. I asked politely if they changed the store hours and the young lady behind the register snapped at me and said no that she was there at 6am, which is a lie because I was there at 6:30am and the store was closed with no lights on.

I rarely go to Dunkin since this is the only official one in the area (there are “Dunkin locations” in a few Speedway Gas Stations around but I prefer to go to the regular locations). I’ve been in this location a few times before and I truly think it could use a little love. I don’t think it’s the employees fault, it just feels sorta dark inside. Anyway, I randomly decided to go today. I parked my car and mobile orderd a hot chocolate and the 10 count for $2 munchkin deal. I sat in my car for a little over 5 mins and walked inside. This girl worked had to be in high school or something. She looked to be the only one working. She also had a line of 3 people waiting in front of her. I waited at the pick up station, probably no more than 5-7 mins. But unlike most people who are out here I was in no rush. I watched her help the first two people in line then quickly start my order. She walks over to me, hands me my hot chocolate and munchkins and says “I have you 2 extra ones for the delay.” I was like “wow thank you! It’s no worries, I’m in no rush.” I honestly think she looked relieved, smiled and said “have a good day.” I said “thank you, you too,” and walked away. I’m definitely more of a Starbucks kind of person... but honestly getting 2 extra munchkins really made my day. Thank you to the girl working today! I might have to considering coming to Dunkin more often.
