DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! GO TO THE ONE ON ROSLYN ROAD THE SERVICE IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!! I placed an order on line for 2 items. My friend texted me that he wanted a coffee and I added the coffee to the order. The guy behind the counter stated that he didn't receive it. I showed him on my phone that I placed 3 items on this order and he literally refused to give me the second coffee I ordered. He started screaming at me after I said FINE I'LL PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE and would not make my coffee. I will never step foot in this Dunkin again. I went to the other Dunkin on Roslyn Road and they gentleman behind the counter was so nice and helped me out with the situation. I am telling you go to the Roslyn Road Location because the customer service is so much better!

The worst customer service I ever faced i had it in this location. A team member his name karunakaran was nasty . He is not communicating and he was yelling and throwing food. when I asked him why you're doing that he said get out here . Other team member came in he was nice and respectful. I filled a case against karunakaran for poor service.

Just left the place, I ask the guy making the sandwich for a few extra napkins, he responded by asking if I didn't have enough with a bad attitude and kept arguing why I needed extra napkins, and ended up cursing me out in English and in his native language also. He is eating on top of the orders he is preparing without gloves, the tables are all dirty and the place looks very unsanitary. I will be posting pictures and will call dept. Of health.

I purposely walk here for exercise but I might have to walk further now to the bagel shop or deli for my coffee fix. I ordered an iced black and was asked “black what”. And then got a hot black. This is why I do on the go most of the time but sometimes those are really slow and not finished especially if ordered over the weekend. Many many bad experiences over the past 5 years is the reason why I won’t be coming here anymore.

Typical Dunkin. The staff was friendly and the nice young man behind the counter game my girls a munchkin as we were waiting for our drinks which they appreciated. The place was clean and well kept. Our order came out quickly.

Made my coffee wrong twice, and finally gave me an iced macchiato that they shook up and mixed together because they forgot to add sweetener until the end.

Fast food employees should not be put at the counter/register during the busy time of the day......lack of knowledge and bad dispensing or preparation of products is frustrating. Then you get the guy in the back who's supposedly prep g food comes up front to handle money and cards and not clean his hands when he goes back.

If I didn't pass this place everyday I would NEVER go here! As it is, I debate DAILY to just go out of my way and go somewhere else. Every morning I wait 15-30 minutes online, to order a coffee. I only know he is ready to take my order, because no one else is in front of me. I don't even think I have ever heard the employee speak...let alone a hello. And forget mobile ordering! I tried that 3 times. Today I ordered 15 minutes in advance, and when I go in I waited ANOTHER 15 minutes before asking the employee if the order was ready(there was 8 tickets just sitting there waiting to be filled). The response? '' have people in line, you can wait". DO NOT GO HERE if you don't have half an hour to burn...
