Their coffee is trash. I stopped going there a year ago and I started driving 15 minutes instead of 3 minutes to go get my coffee because they can never get it right. I was in a rush with my children today so I decided to try Oneida again. Absolutely horrendous. I had to go in and when they corrected my order they gave me a worse coffee. Then I do not receive an apology or a have a good day or anything. The customer service is lacking in the coffee is the worst trash I've ever tasted. I tried my coffee and I spit it out immediately and it made me gag. I cannot believe that this place cannot employ people to make coffee the way people order it. Trash

Their customer service is awful. The drive thru is even worse! They never make any order right but always want to up charge. There has been multiple times I have had to take my orders back, even multiple times for one order and then get treated poorly due to their mistakes. It is absolutely ridiculous how the managers allow their employees to treat customers , but the managers are just as bad!! I have never had so many issues at any Dunkin location except this one.

Dunkin has some very great menu items, I personally recommend the Iced Caramel Macchiatos here. Staff can be hit or miss from each visit. Some of the workers can be rude and trying to rush you, but overall it's a good location.

Dunkin' Donuts is one of my favorite early morning go-to places for a quick bite to eat or coffee. A late afternoon Coolatta on a hot afternoon is great as well. You should try the Orange Coolatta with Vanilla Bean mixed in, it taste exactly like a Creamsicle!

Went inside to order to avoid the drive thru line. Once someone came over to help, they left as soon as I placed order and someone else came.over and took order again, then for 10 minutes I just sat there wasn't advised why I was waiting. Apparently had some malfunction , then once they figured out how to use register, it took forever for my 2 wraps. Also, they don't do any 2 for 1 deals on wraps or sandwiches so I was gouged for my order would have cancelled if there was any communication or prices posted. First and Last visit

I love Dunkin.. I don't care If there's a super long line cause I will always wait!! I always have money transferred from my bank account so in case I don't have money on me, I can still get something just using the app on my phone!! Be careful, if you're not familiar with the area, there is always major traffic, it's on a main strip and there are several other businesses very close to it, including in back.. but wait time is 90% under 3min .. you often will have to wait longer to leave than to get your order!

Hands down the best coffee ☕😊 loving the pumpkin spice hot coffee right now but my favorite when it's not pumpkin spice season is hazelnut iced in the summer☀️🏖️ and hot in the colder ❄️ season.

Seems chaotic lately in there. People shouting out orders yet they are trying to follow the slips the machine is putting out. My walk in mobile order is a at the drive thru lately so you have to wait and get someone's attention. Today was more of the same but oh so messy. Managers need to step up and help train these folks.

Once in a blue moon I get a nice employee but most of the time they mumble and are short with you. My coffee is never made the same, or correctly. If I get food it's either a mess (sandwhich falling apart) or burnt... just take a look at my "bacon avocado toast" I have gotten... they are either burnt, only sprinkled with crumbs of bacon, or both! How awesome for something that cost 5bucks.
