If I could have left no stars...I would. Boost thank you for having such lousy customer service and for hiring an individual that only cared about his sale & not having time for my phone call because he had a customer in front of him. So I guess I wasnt a customer now that he had his money. I should have listened to my husband and called T Mobile and they were FREE

BEAWARED!!! The employee at this Boost Mobile store is working with another guy called "Juanito Karaokee on facebook" working at the pizza store next door to sell FAKE/CLONE Samsung galaxy s21 ultra, I almost got scammed.

If you need anything, stop by & ask for Carlos! He’s a really nice guy who provides excellent customer service & is very knowledgeable on all of the services & products! I came in for a case & screen protector for my iPhone 11 & he picked out the best products for me & put them both on for me! The screen protector came out perfect with no bubbles or creases & he even cleaned my screen thoroughly before carefully putting it on! The store has a good variety of phone accessories, too, including bluetooth speakers at great prices! Thank you, Carlos!
