My experience at the retail store was great BUT THE REASON I WENT TO THE STORE IS BECAUSE I WAITED ON THE PHONE 1.5 hours never got a live person so I had to go to the retail store CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE IS TERRIBLE!!!!

While visiting this location I received excellent customer service. I was promptly greeted by Levi and although he was with a customer I felt he was very attentive and welcoming. Levi was very informative throughout my interaction with him. He presented several options to me and even got the store manager Julio involved in order to gain my business. Julio was very professional and was able to offer some better deals in order for me to switch over to AT&T. Unfortunately we were unable to work something out in the limited time I had but I will definitely be returning soon to do business.

Whoever was working on the 14th and added an extra line when I wanted an upgrade should seriously take a second to review what he is doing before he completes a purchase. The guy never asked me for my ID or any identifying account info before he pulled anything up. I believe his name was Jesse. When my coworker and I came in, everyone was in their cellphone and only one of the men put down what they were doing to help me. Their mistake is costing me gas money and time. I had to be on the phone while I was at work assisting my own customers. Very unprofessional, but they would have been closed by the time I was done with work. Please coach Jesse and team on better customer service and to go through the processes correctly. I had an amazing experience with the customer service line, but this store was the first I have ever had a horrible experience at. I genuinely have enjoyed being with AT&T for years and this was completely out of the norm..

I used to dread having to go to any cell provider location but I’ve had great experiences every time I go to the Pedro store. Juan C. was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. He saved me money by suggesting a keyboard alternative for my tablet and checked my home account to see if there were any savings that could apply.

Went into store to purchase 13 pro. Att showed up in person with 13 pro Max. Not what I agreed to purchased. Store would not take my exchange/return so I can receive my phone that I requested 13 Pro. I don’t know how to move forward to get the correct upgrade phone. Haven’t received my credits back.

Awesome store to sign up for service, they literally roll out the red carpet. However, just like the scorpion and the frog you will be on your own if you need any support afterwards.

Excellent customer service and very welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted. Marco R. assisted me and answered all of questions and made sure all of my needs were met in a timely manner. Marco was very professional and helpful. Definitely coming back to this location and would recommend!

Five Stars, Mostly for Juan & Craig! I've happily been an AT&T customer for years, but no one, and no company, is perfect. Had a little debacle with an online trade-in and communication was proving somewhat ineffective with the various phone support reps I cycled through. I decided to handle things pre-pandemic style and go to my local AT&T Store. Juan suffered through it with me with knowledge, patience, and humor. Craig also provided awesome support. Both were super helpful and very personable. Definitely handling these kinds of transactions in-person from now on!

Great service on the 4th of July nonetheless. Online set up of a new line had failed and I was happy ATT was not only open but available to get me a new SIM and set up the phone. Happy!
