Worse customer service I have ever seen. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I ordered an item almost a month ago and still have not gotten it. Have called 4 times and stay on hold almost an hour each time and still nothing

Still have alot of stock in aisles & needs to be restocked in OFF hours. Still trying to catch up stock. Customer service -staff very friendly and helpful. They should hire night stocking crew so employees and store is clear for customers.

My wife just left the store. It was in complete disarray withe boxes EVERYWHERE. Not a pleasant sight for customers to be greeted with. My wife went in to buy something for my granddaughter’s bridal registry. The entire column of “taken” was BLANK; so she had no idea if she was buying a duplicate. A TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Awesome sale going on now! I walked out with $200 worth of items for $26. Great store head there now they're having a 75% & 90% off sale. Great customer service!!

Had great experience with Bed bath and beyond except They did not have what I went for. Store was clean open and had 320 customers limit. Probably had 30 customers plus workers. They were very friendly and answered all our questions knowledgeably. 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

My Fiance and I went to this location recently to set up our Wedding registry. When we arrived to the store we were guided to the wedding registry area and introduced to Maddie; a Bed Bath & Beyond employee. She was the most knowledgeable retail sales professional I have ever met. She was well versed in every area and knew every product we had questions about. We could not have completed our registry without her assistance. She was a blessing. Her assistance made our experience even better than we could have imagined. Would highly recommend anyone going to this location to setup a registry to ask for Maddie!!!!

I’d like to get the opportunity to try this pet I treat cam. Unfortunately bed bath and beyond doesn’t want to let it go for the price that they advertised in the store. Online says it’s discontinued, both in store and online , so being THAT , plus , the box clearly is a bit tore up shows wearing I thought they’d honor the price THEY HAVE displayed ! Instead the manager tells me that the advertising price isn’t right. I just wish they would honor their prices they set on each items ! Highly upsetting!

I used to LOVE shopping at this store. The store is clean and always stocked. However, rudeness from an employee can SPOIL a good store. I had a bad experience. While shopping in the dinnerware department, I was looking at plates when an employee went into my aisle with another customer explaining the different plates. This customer was creating a wedding registry. The employee dominated the aisle like I was invisible. I felt uncomfortable/appalled with the treatment from the employee. All she had to do was say excuse me and acknowledge that I was a customer also. I left the store and called to speak to a manager. Joe, the manager apologized and said that the employee was just focused on the customer with the registry. He said that he hoped this would not happen again. I do not plan to give business to a store that treats customers this way.
