Strictly on appointment. Keep an eye on the gate numbers. If you have to use gate 5 , there 2 entrances to gate 5, on either side of the road. Which ever way you are coming use the entrance on your right side.

You have to wait till 30 minutes before your appointment time and nobody answers the phone

Once you check in it it's a breeze. Well for dry loading, I'm not to sure about liquid and bulk. Also ACH has a really strict appointment policy so getting here early or late doesn't benefit you. 5 stats if is wasn't like the opening of the tv show "Get Smart" LOL
