Went to pump gas on Monday 4th July morning. Employee chubby guy with tattoos was standing outside as I was pumping gas he pointed out my phone couldn't be in my pocket because I can start a fire. To clarify I wasn't using my phone. He rudely went inside to stop the gas.

None of the pumps take cards and the machines inside don’t work either. I used my credit, debit, and a visa gift card. Everyone was held up in line and the cashier was useless and unapologetic… thankfully I had cash for once. Never again.

Was scammed here on Wednesday around 5pm. Had 55$ on my card- tried to get gas and something else for 54$ my card was declined and then somehow charged for 55$ I did not get my gas nor groceries as the attendant said the charge didn’t go through. Although it is appearing gone from my bank. After 48 hours the charge still stands and still no refund I’m not sure what else I can do!

Had an emergency on the expressway. I got off on the first exit. When I seen the Citgo sign. Their there when you least expect to see them. Love 💘 me some Citgo....

No bathroom and their listed gas prices didn’t match what was actually the price at the pump

Gives you the option for lower gas price with a car wash. When I purchased it,I drove around back to car wash. It was CLOSED ! So I went back to ask attendant about it she said oh it's closed already it closed at 6pm. I said I was passing thru. I don't live close she said sorry it's good for 15 days. Should have posted the hours its closed..

Pumps were fine but the restroom was filthy: no toilet paper in the dispenser, soiled toilet paper on the floor and in the trash. Room is also unheated and drafty.
