Teller was not helpful. A positive attitude goes a long way. I believe I worked with Barbara. Things I needed help with were handled with a negative response and my banking needs were a burden. My visit was on a Monday after lunch. ~Cat

I would give no stars if I could. My family sent a package overnight from this facility. When it didn't arrive they did not offer any assistance and just stated "it's not heard here there's nothing we can do". Turns out from speaking to other facilities there were efforts that could have been made to influence delivery which the other post office did diligently. Staff was not helpful, would not disclose their names and the initial employee was rude and taken off the call by another employee. Terrible experience and service. ~ryan
Wells Fargo Bank
Had the worst experience here 2 days ago. I walked in and explained I needed a cashier's check because I was closing my Wells Fargo accounts and switching to Chase. There was 1 person speaking to an associate in their office, and one person sitting in the waiting area. There were 3 receptionists at the front and they proceed to tell me that I had to make an appointment JUST to close an account. They gave me the cashier's check and said I had to call the 800 number so that they can close the account. It was very inconvenient for me as I was trying to get this done all in 1 day but clearly they were too lazy to help me. The front desk ladies were also miserable and did the minimum amount of work. Just another reason why I am switching to Chase! ~Danielle
