Had the worst experience here 2 days ago. I walked in and explained I needed a cashier's check because I was closing my Wells Fargo accounts and switching to Chase. There was 1 person speaking to an associate in their office, and one person sitting in the waiting area. There were 3 receptionists at the front and they proceed to tell me that I had to make an appointment JUST to close an account. They gave me the cashier's check and said I had to call the 800 number so that they can close the account. It was very inconvenient for me as I was trying to get this done all in 1 day but clearly they were too lazy to help me. The front desk ladies were also miserable and did the minimum amount of work. Just another reason why I am switching to Chase! ~Danielle
