Unfortunately, I have problem with this pharmacy. There are many things like when you call, technician put you on hold for half hour, this could be done once but not every time. Technician doesn't know how to respond and how to speak with customer. So far, we all know every company gives that training and i guess Walmart also gave that training. As specially Shivam (Technician) has no manners to talk with customer. he was always rude on phone or when you go their personally. My entire family experienced every time. We have changed the pharmacy. People are so ridiculous. even medication is not ready on time either, they say that your medication will be ready in 1 or 2 days and when you go there, people said oh it's not ready, can you come later or wait for half hour? what's the meaning of doing pre order?

Coming to this pharmacy has made a 20 minute procedure into a week long procedure. I needed a prescription last week, they said it was on back order. Spoke to them yesterday and they told me I should go somewhere else, NEGLECTING TO TELL ME IT EXPIRED the next day. So I called the next day and I was SOL. What an effing waste of time. These people are completely useless.

Customers are not treated properly, always give hard time over call. Incompetent employee, long wait time, wrong data entry and sometimes when you pick up medicine cts it's even less than what's mention over the box. Will not recommend anyone

Unfortunately this is my most convenient pharmacy but I hate when my Dr sends my prescription to this place, I already ask her to changed it because I am done with this pharmacy. I gave them way to much chances . These people (technicians) they don't care about your time or even giving a good service. Isthe worst !

I miss Walgreens, Damn Aetna! I'll have to go further but i'm moving over to CVS. Can't do this with Walmart. Why does everyone go on break at the same time? It makes no sense. Everyone seems confused and doesn't have a clue. I understand all the bad ratings. Changing this 1 star to a zero. Just called them back and confirmed a pick up. I said thank you and the associate just hung up. SMDH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't worry this is my LAST time using you! It wont let you give zero stars.
