Went for a Covid Test for my grandma because she needed it for travel purposes. If they do pick up the phone, you are given a different answer and a different price each time about how long it will take to get results and whether you can expedite results ( by paying more money of course) or not. When we finally managed to find a slot we went to get the kit. They do NOT do the test for you, they only give you a testing kit, have you do it in your car, and put it into a large cardboard box outside their office. They do not give any instructions on how to properly pack everything back up and the only thing provided is the swab and the vial. No sanitizer or gloves. When I asked the woman who gave us the kit, Shivani, if I could get gloves before doing the swab on my grandma to avoid risk of contamination, she said they do not have any gloves. I asked her again because I was sure I misheard her, and she said, no they don't have gloves. Mind you, this is a pharmacy and if they do not gloves that is of course very concerning, but also, SHE HAD GLOVES ON. I asked her a third time just to make sure and she said again, they did not have gloves I could use. Now I am hoping this is a matter of her not wanting to go in and give me any and not that the pharmacists, who are responsible for touching and packing your medicine and pills are actually out of gloves. We also found out afterwards that the insurance company pays for the Covid test depending on where you go and that the price this pharmacy is charging to simply mail your tests to their private facility ($100+ mind you) is not needed. Highly avoid, they are scamming people out of their money for not even providing adequate service.

Not sure how they got good reviews, if I could give them no stars I would. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I brought my daughters Nebulizer from her within a month it stops working. The lady says it’s because of my usage. So I’m not suppose to use it as recommended by her doctor smh.

After many yrs with the So called Big stores. I changed and went to stelton pharmacy one day. Because of 2 Mistakes made on my wifes prescriptions. Found out WG's need to fill prescriptions every 10mins for corporate. Amy and her staff from day 1 was so friendly and personable with my wife and I. Always willing to help in any situation she can. I believe I've been with Stelton pharmacy for over 10yrs now. And even though we just moved from piscataway. I will never go anywhere else. As long as Amy is still At Stelton pharmacy. Support small local businesses.

Reasonable prices and friendly service. They get you in and out quickly but will take the time to help you if needed. They've even called to remind me about refills I need or prescriptions I forgot to pick up.
