This little boy or girl was looking down my fitting room while I was trying some clothes on it was calling at someone by her radio and It wasn’t nice very unpleasant situation she was following me all around the store making me feel uncomfortable.! Look I get it is her job... well done .!! LOL About the store overpriced items and not worth it material.! A single tank that look like a rug for $25 dollars that’s crazy. I ended it spending $ 150 dollars for something that I will probably be returning tomorrow.! Not worth it.! ~Sara

Nice Nike store. A week a go i buy shoes from this store, & the staff the lady are very helpful ! Looking a shoes my size ,very patient . Do recomemended buy shoes from this store (free 60 day returns) if u dont like the shoes got all your money bạck or change with others shoes . Good deal! Target always has pretty good customer service and I love the 5% I get off with the red card but this location is always out of half the stuff I need! Many aisles just have giant areas empty. I’m not sure if this is a widespread issue but it really sucks to have to go to an additional store for one or two things ~Sophia

Came in here on Chinese New Year... 1/2 the people in the mall don’t have m**ks on because they are taking photos with the New Year decorations. Walked in and asked to leave because we didn’t have masks. News flash the governor was at an event indoors with 70,000 people and the most immunocompromised celebrity Magic Johnson with out a m**k. Why on earth are we still pretending they even work. I won’t be shopping at this store again. Sad because they had just come out with a new line and my husband and I both like the brand. Sick of supporting businesses that don’t support our freedoms ~devon

I purchased a pair of jeans on 8/31/22 amongst other items. Went to exchange or just get store credit. The jeans are still with all the tags. The manager of the south coast store would not budge. I explained to her how I purchase a lot of stuff from Ann Taylor and would appreciate it if they took care of it. Nope! She would not. She said the sku didn’t match I said I was here the day she was there and they scanned those jeans. They are on the receipt. Nope! Wouldn’t do it. I told her how busy I am and can’t always get there. Neatless to say I will not be shopping there anymore. Do these stores not understand busy career women? ~Mary

This store used to be a more comprehensive representation of the brand’s offerings (all high end) but now specializes in the rarest, which is the Purple Label line (think highly exclusive materials and very limited production volumes, sweaters and such could be around $2,000 and made-to-measure suits past Tesla-prices). The staff are the best, the store is brightly lit and arranged with multiple rooms adding dimensions to the space, the variety of options are impressive and these products have lasted me well over a decade so the investment is worth it!
