Never been to a Buffalo Exchange and we went today and I Immediately found some Yeezys! Please give Jordan a raise! This man was awesome! Will be back again for sure!

Great store. Lovely options. Disappointing selling experience. I arrived a couple minutes before opening on Christmas Eve and an hour before my selling appointment looking to sell items before my scheduled appointment. I made contact with the opening clerk and she told me she would check the schedule to see if they had a slot available and invited me in to browse. I told her thanks and that I'd wait outside while she checked. 15 minutes passed and she never came out to update me. I ended up going inside and following up only to have her look down at a sheet and tell me there's nothing available. No explanation for having me waiting or reason for why she couldn't have told me that earlier while I waited outside. Just prior to opening employees were standing around chatting so they weren't heavily busy. In the 20 minutes that I was outside no one arrived for their selling appointment so I'm wondering what was this really about?! I didn't have my items with me and I'm not the most fashionable but that was some terrible service. Train your employees to deal with customers. I ended up calling a branch in San Diego and was told to arrive any time before 5 for selling items. Thanks Costa Mesa, but no thanks :)

Went in to sell one small bag of clothing today, they didn’t buy any of my stuff but staff weren’t pretentious about it and were quite kind and told me the styles they are looking for so I know my stuff won’t sell here (my wardrobe is classic). If I could go back more than 20 years or so to my 90s wardrobe I would make a mint here! If you’re style is hip on trend pieces you will probably be successful selling here.

The store is small, but they have a lot to choose from. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is bc the prices are not your usual thrift store prices. So don't go in there expecting to pay $4 for a shirt, it'll be $15+. Currently the fitting room is open so you can at least be sure it'll fit right before buying. If your item doest work out after you've bought it you have 10 days to return with tags attached and you only get store credit, but there is so much stuff you're bound to find something else. The employees are friendly. Parking is a nightmare on weekends. You're better off parking at The Camp and walking. Don't park next door at PepBoys, they tow. I found the flare jeans I hadn't been able to find at several other thrift stores, given I paid $30 for them, but they are perfect.

They forgot to remove the ink tag from a pair of pants I purchased a few days ago. I only noticed their mistake after I had washed my clothes. Luckily, the tag did not explode and ruin my entire wardrobe, but this was narrowly avoided. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I knew this place wasn't going to give much when it comes to selling, but I had to laugh when the cashier decided to price my I.AM.GIA pants for $25 (they cost wayyy more than that). I was insulted. They were nice but in a way that was very insincere and almost sarcastic. I brought mainly in style, beautiful clothing I've never worn just to receive $35. Im not coming back.

Just from the long waiting lines outside the Buffalo Exchange, 5 stars ⭐️ is only fair. The place is so popular. I have been settling across the walkway sipping my Nooks coffee ☕️ for 20 minutes now and still waiting for the line to end.
