This is such a beautiful store. I know it's an outlet, but it has a boutique-y feel. Maybe because of the service. Nydia seemed to be everywhere at once, helping all over. She helped me at the fitting room, then at the register and then even used her own phone to see if another location had the size I wanted in a black dress for a formal wedding. What a star! Gorgeous clothes, good prices and truly helpful salespeople? I'll be back!

Decent deals but a fairly small selection. I got a Helmut Lang shirt for $50. I wear a size 7 shoe and they had a veeeery small selection. The clothing is okay compared to Nordstrom Rack but the deals are better!

Horrible customer service, made a purchase and they did not take the alarm off. My husband Went back and returned it and they did not want to give us our money back when i had paid CASH!! Gentlemen was very rude my husband does not speak english very well and wanted to force him to get a gift card or he wouldnt be able to return it. He called and i had to go and help him, I dont think a store should force you to go back to their store by doing that to you especially when your paying cash. On the receipt it does not specify that if you want to return an item you will be getting a giftcard not your money. It was very uncomfortable being treated that way a bit racist do to the fact that were hispanics by the way he was talking to us. Worst experience ever

Visited this outlet store for the first time today and the experience exceeded my expectations. I was a bit reluctant to drive from San Diego after reading a few bad reviews, but because I love the regular Bloomies so much and what they sell, I decided to try it anyway. So glad I did. First of all it is so organized you almost forget it is an outlet store. Second of all it has a variety of brand names like Burberry and Karl Lagerfeld (who used to be the designer for Chanel). I purchased 10 dresses today. And the prices are so reasonable that I will switch from shopping at Off 5th to this store .It is my new favorite bargain shopping place. It is a step above Nordstrom Rack right accross in terms of quality of products and costumer service. Last but not least the costumer service at Blomingdale’s outlet was impeccable. From the sales lady offering to show items behind the glass shelves and putting them on hold for me, to the lady named Linda at the fitting room, the cashier named Brian and the manager named Leslie, I can only thank them for their help and attention. I travel around the world and shop a lot, and I can appreciate good costumer service. GO Bloomie’s!
