This Marshalls has awful customer service! the managers here are so rude that it is difficult to have a pleasant shopping experience. Racial profiling is also something that I have seen here, which is very sickening.I once witnessed an innocent black man being patted down before leaving the store because he was accused of stealing. however they were unable to find anything on him, and proceeded to let him go. Im sure this was a very traumatic experience for that man. Another downside to this Marshalls is that it is always a complete mess. the items are always unorganized and on the floor, making it very difficult to shop. Employees at the cash register appear to constantly sidetracked and never doing their actual job, causing the line to move slowly. I strongly recommend not coming to this Marshalls.

I’m so disappointed with this Marshall’s it’s changed. You used to be able to find nice clothing and little gifts here. Now you will find Empty racks, and lack of reputable brand names. It’s clear that Marshall’s is selling low quality no name stuff. Don’t get scammed. Just head over to Nordstrom rack and get yourself the quality and service you deserve.

This manager is very ridiculous! I came here for a return merchandise. I have the receipt with it but he doesn’t want to accept the return. I don’t know why he doesn’t want to scan the receipt and the barcode on the item when he told me there’s something wrong with the barcode on the item ... although the code number on receipt and item are matching with eyes reading. And he so rude!!! I also asked him for his business card so I can have proof to the original store (the store I bought the item) that I can’t return ... but he said he doesn’t have ... the store manager doesn’t have the business card!!!
