Was told the movies were there, Movies weren't in stock. Maybe RB should hire people who can read and speak English clearly, pref as a first language... Also, why would you have avengers end game and not have infinity war or black panther stocked.. That's just like watching a New Hope skipping Empire and watching Jedi.. Let's have appetizers, skip dinner and go straight to dessert.. They want me to drive 40 miles round trip because they say other RB have the 3 movies I want. At 3 different locations... Sorry if I don't believe them.. Spend an hour plus and $6 in gas to maybe rent any of them.

We tried to streamline a movie but for some unknown reason we could not connect. Therefore we wasn’t able to watch it! But we were immediately CHARGED! So I called & waited until I finally got to talk to someone then she puts me on hold for another department &I wait!!! Then I’m cut off!!! We’re done with red box!!!
