Had a tire leaking air loudly on our way north from St.George. Stopped in Parowan to put air in our tire and quickly realized we needed a patch. We were helped even though they were booked for the day. Kind souls working here. They helped when they didn’t have to. So thankful for their service!

Wow - where do I begin. My wife and I got a flat on the highway and were sent to this garage by the truck stop down the way. Even tho they were extremely busy, the gentleman, who I assume is the owner/manager of the store, took great care of us. Put up with our small talk while he patched the tire and got us back up and running. I would highly recommend going to this garage, as I will the next time I need tires. A few hours on the road for some great customer service and quality work will be time well spent for us. Thank you very much for providing such a great experience!

Car was making weird noises on the highway so we pulled over to get it checked out. Angelo, the owner of the shop came out and helped, even though the shop was closed. He was extremely kind and professional and rode with us down the street and back to listen to the engine to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Extremely nice guy, and couldn’t recommend this shop enough. Had a great experience

I was driving through town and my car broke down. I called and talked with Mario at Biasi Automotive. He told me they were slammed, but he could look at my car on Tuesday. I got a call first thing on Monday. Mario went completely out of his way to help me out! It was a blessing to have gone to Mario and Biasi. I cannot recommend them enough!

I'm from out of town and had a tight schedule. They got my car taken care of quickly and for the price I would have expected to pay from my mechanic back home. Great service, kept us on schedule.

I was told by an AAA person my starter had gone out even though I was sure it was the battery. I spoke with Mario over the phone, described my car and situation and he was convinced it was the battery. He referred me to a place that could help with my particular battery which it turns out is what the problem was. Great help. No cost customer service.
