This place is the definition of unreliable. Yes the place is clean and the showers are nice when they work. They Always have electric or internet problems. This means if you stay here as a truck driver you may or may not get a shower and food. If you are a traveler on Vacation and you're low on fuel the issues mean you may stop here and find out no fuel or food. Hopefully you have enough to make it to the next stop. I am here on a 34 hour reset memorial day weekend 2022. The showers are broken. The taco bell steamer is broken. The subway toaster is broken and they only have wheat bread. Literally very disappointed.

Very kind employees. Did their best to accommodate my handicapped son..Great Showers. Felt like was in a nice hotel.

Greeting, Today I fueled at this station. The employee that helped me was Tricia #305051 I approached the counter and asked for diesel and def on stall #2 She helped me without problem After fueling I was pulling farward right away and Tricia for some reason approached me and told me this is not a parking spot and told me to move. My truck was all the way forward and was not blocking the driver behind me. I politely told her I am going inside to get a receipt and I will not be parking by the fuel station and also I pointed out that a driver behind me is not blocked. She threatened to call the police if I will not move my truck this instant because car behind me, yes it was a pick up truck and someone she knew. She was helping him to fuel with her employee discount or something. I politely refused to move and proceeded inside to get my fuel receipt with another employee that was polite and professional. Tricia # 305051 is using her authority to intimidate and threaten me (the customer) without any merit. Tricia #305051 needs more training about the rules and conduct to which employees have to behave themselves with customers. I am sure Tricia #305051 will exceed in the company expectations in future and will do her best to properly conduct her self with customers. Thank you very much. You loyal TA/Petro customer

Stop at the shop had a flat 5/19/22 call ahead see if they can help me told me they could got there 9:15 pm the guy working there said they couldn’t help till 7 am next day I told him F off went back like 15 minutes coming from Vegas to loves cedar city got me fix right away don’t recommend TA Parowan get you’re tires go to loves instead cedar city way better

Learn some customer service. This is for the white lady with the ugly blue eyeshadow. Would not sell me a beer because I was on the greyhound. I didn't know she worked for greyhound lol. I said I was drinking it outside for our rest period and she still put it away. Fine ill buy a beer at the next stop.

Clean, roomy showers. SO glad we stopped here! After four days of 100+ temps and no showers at our camp site, this was a much needed stop on our trip!!
