I have wrote several times. It is always filthy. There is no such thing as service and one of the Pharmacy assistant is Rude Dude. I have switched all my need to other pharmacy but I go other for minor needs.

Nice store with friendly staff. Has a pharmacy and a clinic. However, it is not a 24 hour CVS. Also includes a photo center for passport photos. There are a couple of self checkout kiosks that help with quicker checkouts. Ample parking in the front with easy access to the store. Lots of other shops in this shopping center.

super upsetting situation at this CVS. susie or susan (works at checkout), who was completely unprofessional and rude, yelled constantly at an old asian man who was simply asking if they sold stamps to the point where customers had to intervene. super upsetting to watch him panic as if he did anything wrong.

The WORSE place ever. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, agreeing with the lady who wrote a review before me, yes that lady with glasses and gray hair hates her job and customers. Most stuff are much more expensive than other places and they lie into your face. I called to get Covid home test, someone on the phone said that they have 7 of them, under 3 minutes I was there and been told that they are sold out even though I saw 2 on the counter. They told me they don’t hold for anyone so to this day I don’t understand why they were 2 tests back there and I was told such thing. Avoid this place!!!!

If I’m being honest, I’m only writing this for one person in particular. It’s the lady that’s always by the skincare section. That’s her section. She’s an older lady with glasses. She literally gave a coupon for a skincare item and I then decided that I didn’t want to use it at that time because I was tired from work and I just wanted to go home quickly. But she literally stopped and demanded for the coupon back because I didn’t buy the skincare she wanted me to get. She was so rude about one coupon and I didn’t even want to argue so i just gave it back to her. And I had seen her with a stack of them so I was very confused as to why she wanted back so bad. She said it was because of “fathers day”. Honestly I avoid that CVS at all cost just because of that lady. So unprofessional and rude. Just the worst!

Worst CVS ever. Very rude customer service. I was at the first of the line, and the cashier told me to wait for another employee. That's ok, I went to the photo counter to wait b/c I just need to pick up my photos. Then comes the rude person, he yelled at me why can't you wait in the line and you can't just cut. This employee just assumed everyone is just like him want to cut the line. Oh, if I could rate a negative star, I'd definitely do it. Won't recommend to shop at this CVS at all.

Two hours to fill a prescription. They tell me thirty minutes, the an hour and a half later they tell me they still need five minutes. Thirty minutes later it is finally done. Now I see why the review are below two stars.
