I don’t leave reviews, but this place is so awful I feel I should warn others. After showing up at 8:30pm and waiting 15 minutes (pharmacy closes at 9:00), I was told the pharmacist was already gone and they couldn’t fill my prescription. I was told I could go to another Walgreens in Tustin and that they were open 24 hours and could fill my prescription. After driving all the way to Tustin, I was told there that this was impossible. They can’t fill a new prescription at a different Walgreens. Just a total waste of time after 9:00 at night. This place always has a ridiculously long wait. The people are mostly unhappy and pretty unfriendly. I’m guessing they’re just overworked. Won’t be sending prescriptions here any longer.

Walgreens CEO gets paid $28.3 million for dreadful lines like this. How about paying a living wage so more people will work for you? Staff was very nice but there’s hardly enough of them for the volume of people picking up their meds. Unacceptable.

This review is specifically for Chelsea, the pharmacy Technician at this Walgreens. She went above and beyond to ensure I received my new prescription on a day where they were more short staffed than usual. Without the prompt fill of my medication I would have had a hard time carrying on my with my day. I appreciate people like her that follow through with something they promise to do

The Walgreens is clean, organized. I do notice some items always out of stock but I blame the supply chain problems. Keep up with the excellent work, Walgreens!

They say one thing on the phone, then upon arrival they speak in the most condescending way possible… LThe doctor prescribes medicine, your only job is to count and bottle pills, occasionally verify insurance, and then bill us for the transaction. Pharmacy is very slow - big lines as check in has only one line and processing customers at slowest speed. Expect more than 45 minutes to pick up any refill order. Also staff is not friendly - my son had 2 covid shots at this pharmacy - they have not shared this information with California Health department- it’s more than 3 months. Due to it I can’t get CA govt digital vaccine proof for my travel. Reached to pharmacy many times to correct it - they are not able to fix it.

I absolutely hate going to this place to pick up my prescription. I either end up waiting 45 min to pick up my prescription inside the store why only one person is working the front. Now I am being told I can no longer do in store pick ups and now I have to wait in the drive threw line that wraps around the parking that will take well over an hour to wait in. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not only this, but staff are unprofessional and I was also given the wrong quantity of my prescription and had to go back. I will never go back and transferring everything from here on out. Do not go here.

Not sure what's up with all the low ratings here, from what i've read they're mostly one time experiences, but i've been coming here for more than 6 years and have had no problems, sometimes the pharmacy gets busy but not that much tbh, it's a decent local pharmacy that's working as it should.
