I am a Manager for a store in the same shopping center as the gas station is located in so I'm here four times a week at least I have never seen such horrible customer service. The main guy that is the rudest his name on his tag is Leo, I'm sorry but Leo needs to get some training on how to speak to people and how to treat people. Quail Hill is a very good community with a lot of good people and to have someone like that give that type of customer service is horrible. I agree with the rest of the reviews on here that talk about the bad customer service because I experience it every time I come here I hope management does something about this guy

The pricing is good but the workers are just plain rude. I got gas and accidentally left my keys in the car and had to call the roadside assistance to come help me, that was my fault. But when i went in to notify them so they wouldn’t be confused about why my car was still in the gas station lane. The worker didn’t even acknowledge me and said “can you push it? no? then why are you here” and so then i left to wait for the roadside service. 15 minutes later the other worker comes out to walks around me and my car thinking i was being suspicious and i explained to him the situation and he did another loop around and finally left. They weren’t helpful at all and were mean

This a nice gas station it's clean and big enough they have car wash and vacuum but in the store it's small and the people work they are not helpful anything you ask they say no sorry we don't have we don't take the app coupon is to bad they should a better customer service.

A pleasant experience. As far as gas goes, this was a pleasant experience. A clean facility, vacuum and air, complimentary hand sanitizer, phone pay options that worked immediately, and lots of trees and plants. Gas isn't super cheap in this area, but this was the cheapest around. Why did I even review a gas station? Because when I'm standing there getting gas and have nothing else to do, I look around and see if they care about the business. And if it looks like they care, well, they're doing a lot better than most others.
