Stopped here for gas on Sat 09/10/22 around 3:30pm. Two workers, male and female, are rude AS HELL. I walked in initially to get a couple drinks and the woman was sweeping. Completely ignored me after I said excuse me, and even swept over my feet a couple times with her broom. I went in again after pumping because my car had died and I needed a jump. The freaking sign outside said they serviced batteries. When I asked the man at the counter, I got "uhhhh yeah no I don't have any cables". When I asked "not even in your service center...that services batteries?" I was met with "uhhhh yeah no. To be honest, I don't work in there so I don't know what's in there." I was standing there, from out of town, at this point stranded with my 6 month old in my arms and a dead car. You couldn't just check?? And the woman just laughed the whole time. Completely disrespectful and a complete lack of human decency. I'd call to speak to a higher authority, but judging by the other reviews, this is typical, disgusting behavior from this establishment.

I would not recommend anyone to fill gas here. Absolutely horrendous pump, didn't prices transaction, said to see cashier. Went and paid inside, got charged on my card, came back out and tried to fuel and as soon as you select which fuel grade it said " Thanks for shopping with us" and exited out and couldn't fuel. Went back to the cashier, paid again after he said the previous charge will get refunded, came back out and same result. Had to run this charade 5 times to fuel once. What a waste of time. Please avoid.

I came back for the third time for a new timing chain. They keep charging me for the entire job, parts and labor despite them not doing it right. They keep refusing to inspect their work. They are calling me a liar and havent been keeping records of me coming here. And the guy insists i have to use him because i cant afford to go somewhere else. He is very ride and unprofessional. They are clearly not doing job right to keep you coming back to keep charging you.

MR. JULIO is a very kind hearted and helpful Brother/Gentleman. Last night I got a flat tire on the freeway and I exited Culver and was very fortunate enough to end up at the Shell Gas Station that he works at. I had a spare tire but no tools to change the flat tire. Not only did he provide me with tools, he was also kind enough to help me change the flat tire. I really appreciated his help and I hope the Owner/Manager of the Shell Gas Station that MR. JULIO works at, reads this comment and gives him a promotion/raise. He definitely deserves it.

Female clerk working at 4pm February 4th 2022 Mexican lady. Told me a mask must be with in store. Told her then why aren't you wearing your mask she said she was but the mask was before her whole nose what good is that? Told her we're in orange county there's no law for that and I'm vaccinated. She flipped me off literally any camera will be able to see it. Then told me I couldn't get gas. Somehow I feel me rights were violated hard. If a attorney is reading this message me. Shell management tags this she should be fired.

I walked in for the first time to this establishment today to get gas / drink. Two large Hispanic females ask me to get my mask which I did no argument there but then as I walked out they proceeded to let the Hispanic gentlemen with grey beard with no mask working at the shell service center inside no mask after I walked out and served him...... I'm all for the be safe but double standards much

Used to come here a lot even though the prices are a little high because it's convenient and the gas is good. Then I needed air one day and they want to say that they don't have a switch to turn it on. It's a state requirement and I'm a regular. Can't provide a little air for a regular customer then I suppose I can't be a regular customer.
