I'm genuinely not one to say anything when people are rude to me, but the way I was treated tonight was absolutely unacceptable. The cashier was rude from the second I stepped up to the counter, I don't know if she had a bad day or what, but that doesn't give her the right to treat others with such lack of respect. I was trying to use my new bank card, and since I hadn't set up my pin yet, I've just been using my cards tap feature. As I did the tap feature the card machine kept asking for a pin which it isn't supposed to do. I was trying to politely explain to her the situation but instead of her trying to help me at all... she snapped at me saying she's not doing wanting on her end and that it's up to me on my end to do it. I don't know if maybe they're was a misunderstanding on my part or hers. But she was very rude about it, to the point where I felt like she was making a point to do so. Also... I don't know if it's true that they lock the scratches up after a certain time... I've never seen this before at any gas station... but when I asked if I could purchase one, she said they where done with selling them for the night and they where locked up. Just strange situation, I left feeling very frustrated and belittled.

I was at ARCO today , i went inside to pay for gas . I gave the clerk 2 $20bills and asked 40 on 3 please . He said okay . When i got to the pump it only gave me 20 dollars , when i went inside to tell the clerk i was missing 20 dollars he argued i had only gave him 1 $20 bill .. I had to end up paying $60 for only $40 dollars worth of gas. I left my information and asked the clerk to have his manager watch the camera video to be able to see i gave him $40 in stead of $20 the first time . This insident happened 5/29/22 at 11:25 a.m. and i hope to hear from the manager soon as the gas prices and this mistake dont help at all . I want to get my $20 dollars the clerck "misplaced" back

I am not one to get offended easily as I deal with customers daily, and try to understand that employees have "bad days". However, I have never treated anyone or seen anyone treated at the level of respect I was given. I attempted to purchase gas with a gift card, after realizing a mistake on my part I kinda asked the cashier if i could cancel the transaction. Mind you, the transaction had not processed. The cashier was completely rude, telling me that I could no longer complete the transaction on that the card because i had changed my mind. It was not the reason that I could not use that card to complete the purchase, but the way that he spoke to me that really frustrated me. Without wanting to create a scene, I just left feeling embarrassed by how he had spoke to me, as if he was entitled to belittle customers. If he would just have explained to me clearly and kindly, I would have been perfectly fine with that. Truthfully, I have never felt the necessity to write a bad review for any place or felt the need to do so, especially for a gas station. Worst Gas Station I have ever visited.

I go here for the car wash. I went about two weeks ago, and only soap came out, no water in the beginning. Went back inside and told the attendant and she gave me another ticket for that night. It was obviously malfunctioning but I had no choice but to try again. The water again did not come out so I went back and asked for a refund and she wasn’t authorized. She gave me a number to call the following Monday but with the holidays, I did not call. Went back today in hopes of the car wash working and to get the soap off. While water did come out, my car’s finish is a MESS! I’d leave pictures but I don’t see where to upload. Now it will cost me $40 or more to get the car cleaned up. So mad!

Why is the gas so expensive bruh! They want me to pay 4 dollars per gallon for my skateboard man idk what’s wrong with the gas price here in Southern California. Want to move back to North Korea.

I've never received such crappy behavior from a gas station. Never have I ever had to tell back at a dick for rushing me out of the store and charging me incorrectly. He refused to give me my receipt but instead gave me back some money owed to a promo. By far the worst service ever. I told this old ass foreign guy, if you hate your job that much then quit.

This is a review of the car wash. The car wash is quite cheap, but it's annoying to have to buy a code first. It's apparently possible to buy it at the pump but when I tried I couldn't figure out how, so I had to go to the convenience store to buy it. Later once I'm entering the code, it tells me I bought the more expensive wash even though I didn't, which was a bit confusing but otherwise harmless since I already paid the cheaper price.
