I would give 10 stars if i could! I was very skeptical about using now rx but now i wish i had done it sooner. I am SO happy to ditch my old pharmacy with three letters starts with C. From getting my rx transferred over to now rx to my delivery just now i am unbelievably impressed. Their responsiveness and my ability yo talk eith by phone, text or email with a real person has made the transition totally painless! Really i cant say enough good things about this company Just used this delivery service again yesterday. I was at dr and he prescribed an rx and i told him in use now rx. It was called in and before i got home the rx was already out for delivery to me. Wow rx could also be the name for this company!! 10/6. Another great delivery and service. This company goes above and beyond yrying to contact unresponsive docyors for refills. But they get it done. Thank you now rx

I cannot speak highly enough of NowRX. Always available on phone. Deliveries to our home in Dana Point are fast and same day. I am so glad not to have to go into CVS or Rite-Aid anymore!

I use Nowrx on a regular basis and I can say they have never disappointed! I get medications that are controlled in addition to my regular monthly medications delivered and they handle everything carefully and the drivers all wear masks AND gloves when they deliver contact-free. Best of all, they are flexible when I need to change my delivery day & time last minute (I have a busy schedule) and I can even do this through text! They are a top notch pharmacy with people working there that obviously loves what they do.

Superb service! My husband's eye drops for a procedure he's having were delivered today within hours of us leaving the surgeon's office. They called but we didn't pick up the phone but they also sent a text to my husband's phone so we contacted them back. A very nice and well mannered young lady picked up the phone and scheduled the delivery for us. The experience was simple, fast and easy and pleasant. Wonderful! We've never had such a lovely experience with a pharmacy before and will surely use them again.

NowRx is a great pharmacy to get your prescriptions. They're very reliable When my doctor prescribes, he calls it right in and Now Rx has it ready to be sent to me sometimes before I get home! If I'm busy I text in my request for a refill and it all gets taken care of. If they need my doctor's ok to refill, they call him and get it ready. I practically don't do a thing! Oh, I've texted requests for refills after hours and there's always a confirmation that they've received it and it gets taken care of during business hours and sent to me. Honestly, what's not to like? .

Excellent service from the Van Nuys NowRx Pharmacy. Very helpful and made the transition of my prescription so smooth. The delivery was fantastic and on time. I recommend them to everyone residing in the San Fernando valley to try them. You will be glad that you did and never go back to your original pharmacy.

Best pharmacy experience ever. They deliver to my doorstep medication for my entire family several times a month. I get texts when they are in route and a picture of the delivery. It’s more of a concierge pharmacy experience. They also gave me a $20 gift card for each Rx transferred to them from my current pharmacy up to 5 cards per family member I think. Since I have a large family that was quite a bit of change. I recommend at least trying them out. You can always change back to your old pharmacy and wait in their line at any time. Highly recommended.
