Alto pharmacy wow these people are the best. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They let u know the date and time they will deliver your stuff. They show u they have 2 or 3 stops then 2 u. They actually care and will bend over backwards to help you.

Alto truly is the best pharmacy to home delivery option. Their customer service and easy ability to either text or call for any question is great. I really wish other pharmacy apps were like this. The video tutorials and additional shopping options are top notch.

Alto Pharmacy was recommended by my doctor and they are such an efficient, wonderful company. No more hour long wait times trying to get through to a "live" pharmacist, prescriptions are delivered without additional cost, prices are LOWER than in brick and mortar stores, and auto-refills could not be easier. The switch over to Alto from CVS was seamlessly handled by Alto. I love this company. So happy with their service!

Alto Pharmacy has been delivering many of my medications for about 6 months. Most communication is done via their app but I've also talked to a rep when I had some questions. I get a 3 hour window for delivery time and a text when the driver is close. They make getting my prescriptions so very easy.

I thank your all for great service. Yous give your Customers. I always received my package were I tell yous to leave them and always on time. It's great to have a service like your that can help those that don't have transportation to pick up our medication so I thank your all . God bless👍🙂

Once you get a hold of someone or they respond via text it is fantastic!! You just can't be in a hurry and expect to talk to someone without waiting an hour or more (phone) and many hours/days (text). And it takes time (days) to fill the prescription. But, once you reach someone, the staff and pharmacists are polite and helpful. And delivery is fantastic.

Convenient and reliable service! Prescription deliveries are easily renewed, adjusted, and they arrive by courier. Easy to use app shows upcoming delivery dates and allows auto-renewals. My physician highly recommended this service, and now I do as well!
