The store and restroom was very clean. I purchased food from the deli during lunch hours. Staff was friendly and efficient. 2 of the 4 self checkouts were not working and created a backup of customers wanting to checkout.

Consistent quality food, and southern hospitality like your visiting your family because they treat you that way. If you love smoked bbq, or any other southern homestyle cooking this is where you should take your friends, dates, or family. Never disappointed at Puckett's!

Stopped for a delies' sandwich, which are always made to perfection! However, every time I'm in the the sitting area is dirty, tables in wipped, floor un swept, not nice. Not to mention, in the midst of a pandemic, you would think they would step it of with hygiene. I guess the good sandwiches make people overlook the poor table conditions

This Publix is located just right the corner of the Harpeth village shopping complex ! It has ample free parking available which is shared by other smaller shops around ,but fine .Though I havent seen much of the deals coming up here but it's ok to shop groceries! Staff is nice ! Happy shopping !!

This is a very vibrant shopping center. Publix, The UPS Store, Hillsboro Orthodontist, Great Clips, Brick and Miso restaurants as well as Marco's Pizza. Also A drive thru cleaners, nail salon and Martial Arts classes for kids fill out every space. The Franklin Trolley runs there all day long. Also Fith Third Bank is located in the front of shopping center. There is also a mailbox drop or The UPS Store can take mail drop off. Walgreens is directly across the street.

Used to be a good store but too many holes on the shelves even before the pandemic. Now it's 10 times worse with too few checkouts open and virtually no help. Only need a few items today and couldn't find half of them.

The Publix deli is the poorest deli experience we've had in. They didn't have bread ready, ran out of chicken tenders, and ordering a sandwich or flatbread pizza is about a 30 minute experience. This was at close to 2pm on a Sunday so not even a rush time. The self checkout cashier was over chatting with another cashier and we had to get her attention. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
