Not the best service today. Placed order via mobile app. I was a few minutes away when I placed order. The order was ready when I pulled in drove thru. Fries where old and sandwich was not made according to request. Employee's demeanor came off as if she did not want to be at work: no smile, no real greeting. When asked for condiments, she rudely placed 2 packers of ketchup and a barbecue sauce in my hand. I left Burger King to come to Wendy's because the employee rolled her eyes as she went took my card. Please step up customer service or I should cook at home.

the drive thru cashiers tonight at 9:08 were so nice and helpful. one of the best experiences we've had at a wendys. she greeted our puppies and went above and beyond to get us the condiments we needed.

This Is for The Wendy's On F.E. Wright/Christmasville. Suprising Happy To Say That The Last Two Times I've Been There (10pm and later) The Lady Who Took My Order Was Very Nice and Friendly. and Both Times ..... The Food WAS FRESH. Hope The 3rd Trip Is Just As Good.

Easily the worst Wendy's in Jackson. Food was awful and customer service was worst. They will mess up your order then debate you on how you on how its the customers fault. Also no lettuce or tomatoes on the burgers... the entire staff is rude and garbage at listening. Save your money folks.

Stopped by on a Saturday and they were unable to serve me due to staff shortage. If you can’t keep staff you might as well close down. Pay more wages, offer more fringe benefits and maybe you won’t lose employees.

Placing my order was quick. So, I appreciated that. However, when I got to the second window to pay for my order. I noticed three young girls recording my order, which I thought was odd. I asked the girl, why did she record my order, they looked at each other and giggled. Saying it was an inside joke. Regardless, what they did was unnecessary and as I mentioned very odd.

They don't have the 4 for 4 anymore. They have the 5 for 5 which with our family is too much. I bought the 5 for 5 before and my sandwich was smaller than the the 4 for 4. So we actually walked out and went to Sam's club and bought pizza and hotdogs and it was still allot cheaper than Wendy's would have been.

So disappointing, first time at this location and they not only were rude when I added an item at the window they completely messed up my order and I didn't realize it till I got home. Both kids meals burgers had ketchup on them when they were supposed to be plane and one was with cheese but didn't come with it. My kids are picky so they now won't eat it. My husband ordered a baconator and he got some burger with 1 patty onions ketchup and mustard, no bacon cheese or the second patty. The girl with long red dreeds should not be handling orders because she's the one that "quality controled" it and also was the one who yelled who orders more after they pay. Jeez this is you job try and take pride in it.

When they first opened they were fine. Put all 5 orders of fries in the bag before putting my 4 burgers and 3 chicken sandwiches. The Pattie’s were all sitting on the grill and the grill was off and the were sitting there. After 10 mins with my fries waiting in the bag and them putting the black overcooked cold burgers together, I left. I opened a burger and it was not a hot juicy Wendy’s burger. It was a blacken , overcooked , room temperature patty. Not to mention the cold fries. It’s sad when a place opens up they are good when managed properly. When they are not managed properly, it goes down fast. I was excited to know we were getting a Wendy’s on exit 85 and now I’m just bummed. And before making anything, they made my frosty first. 😑 it was a milk shake by the time I got it home. I truly hope who ever owns this franchise reads this and fixes this before it’s too late and become like Burger King next door.

To just be opened the worst service ever. They are making a clear statement that they don’t care. I was excited that they were opening close to my house but I will drive across town if I want to go to Wendy’s. I waited and watched as they served everyone through the drive thru as my frosty’s were melting and I finally just said keep the fries while the manager never looked up or cared to say anything to me. Sorry is all that I can say
