Best breakfast restaurant in Jackson, Tennessee (TN) 2025

Not the best service today. Placed order via mobile app. I was a few minutes away when I placed order. The order was ready when I pulled in drove thru. Fries where old and sandwich was not made according to request. Employee's demeanor came off as if she did not want to be at work: no smile, no real greeting. When asked for condiments, she rudely placed 2 packers of ketchup and a barbecue sauce in my hand. I left Burger King to come to Wendy's because the employee rolled her eyes as she went took my card. Please step up customer service or I should cook at home. ~Sylvia

Great breakfast experience. The place was nice, clean and well organized and using the app(which also saves a good bit of money. Ordered on the way there, picked a table and was served literally as fast as I could get settled in, Exactly how that is supposed to work. The server was fast and friendly and the food was made to borderline perfection. ~Michael

This is the most abysmal McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. Every time I talk myself back into going I’m given another reason to never return. From orders being wrong consistently, to extensive wait times (20-40min typically) to them just not telling you that their card reader is broken until you arrive at the window after an awful wait. I have never disliked a fast food joint more. Do your self a favor and never go here. ~Unknown
