The district managers are extremely unprofessional they need to shut down all the smartstyle salons in my opinion and they don’t pay their stylist want they really deserve

Erica and Ashley offer wonderful services. I must say that all the stylists really listen to every customer in addressing a variety of hair styles and cuts. Customer service is always prompt and professional. I highly recommend this Smart Styles salon. I was also quite pleased with their adherence to safety guidelines during these times. I absolutely LOVE this place! The stylist are always friendly and courteous to their clients. Once a stylist begins your service, she stays with you the entire time. They do not start on another client. When I sit in the stylist's chair, I am out in under an hour for a silk press! Although all of the stylist are awesome, Ashley is my favorite! I highly recommend SmartStyles for adult and children's hair care.

I had my hair cut and hair straightened here twice. They are professional and neat. They care and listen to your needs. They even suggest if needed. What i don’t like about this store is you are visible to everyone walking in and out of the store. It is not very comfortable.

Absolutely horrible experience.... not only are they overpriced but the girl that cut my daughters hair was inexperienced!!! I simply wanted my daughters hair evened out and she butchered her hair!!!! Do not get your hair cut there!!! To top it off she was very rude and kept complaining that she had not taken a break as if it were my fault!! I took pictures and I wish I could post them... needless to say they will be hearing from my lawyer!!.... yeah it was that bad!!!
