It is deplorable that you have one cashier running the whole entire store by herself on a Sunday. I know for a fact that this location has enough employees to have at least two cashiers on the busiest day of the week.

My boyfriend and I went to Walgreens for a covid test (because the app let us choose this location)… went to the drive thru just to see a sign that says we can’t use the drive thru because they’re short staffed… no wonder!! They treat people like garbage in store and in the drive thru! This is my third and final time at this Walgreens and every single time a different person has laughed when I put an item on the counter or just flat out rude to me (and the other customers) absolute terrible place!!! If you can’t get along with customers DON’T WORK AROUND PEOPLE !!!!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacy is terrible! They are rude and LAZY! They hate to explain things and will quickly to you they don’t “have time”.

Beyond slow. Inside line. Outside line. Phone calls. They never answer the phone. I can’t stand it. Pharmacy ghetto! Manager : Lexi childish. Do not want to help customers. Lazy. Wouldn’t help me find what I was looking for. She walked off in the middle of me talking. Would not recommend no one to this place. The cashiers at the front nice and greet you.

Very frustrating to get a prescription filled. If you call, you get put on hold by their automated system which takes approximately 30-45 minutes to finally get thru but once you do they hang up on you. Definitely switching to a local pharmacy

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I absolutely detest this pharmacy. Don’t bother calling, you’ll wait for 45 minutes (but don’t worry, you’ve been next in line for the entire call) and the line will just disconnect. I waited in the pharmacy line for over an hour to pick up a prescription they texted to tell me was filled for them to say “oops, sorry it isn’t done and we close in 3 minutes 😬”

If there was a zero stars option, I would have selected that. The manager on duty (I didn't get her name) was very ugly towards me all because I didn't understand how a transaction error occurred. There were multiple customers waiting in line which left me feeling humiliated because of the way she talked to me. Save yourself the headache and go to the CVS across the street.

The fact that I have to give them 1 star makes me sick. They deserve ZERO. What this pharmacy is doing is extremely dangerous, they withhold your meds and give you the run around. Oh also don’t even waste your time calling the Pharmacy, they’ll put you on hold for 45 minutes and then they hang up on you. Your better off going ANYWHERE else except here.

I had to give it 1 star in order to write this review but if I could give them a negative 10 I would! This store is extremely low staffed in their pharmacy. The wait time is ridiculous. The hold time to call is even worst I was hung up on 3 times. I will switch my pharmacy as soon as possible.

I've only had to deal with this walgreens because the dentist sent my son's meds to the wrong one. The terrible reviews are correct. I've never dealt with this level of foolishness at any other walgreens. Management is horrible. You wait on hold forever only for the phone to hang up when its your turn, and this happened every single time I called. They lose prescriptions that they confirmed were to be filled, then can't find them in their system.
