Called in refill hours earlier and still had to wait 30 minutes. Really used to be extremely pleased with this location but going down hill fast. And now there pick up service has left me hanging twice in two weeks Sent in my order at 830 am to be picked up at 5 pm but guess what they dropped the ball. This store needs a new manager.or something. Very very bad customer service.

I have always shopped at Kroger. Before it was across the street. Before then, I had to travel to Bartlett to shop. Never an issue. But this self check out mess... 1st- Most of the time you have to check your own self out. 2nd- Self check out's take away jobs from checkers. 3rd- Usually, you get a small discount at the company you work for. Using a self check out, that company is getting free labor and giving no discount, because your not employed there. Though it's not that hard of a job, I was not trained to use a cash register, at that location. And with the prices nowadays.... Not to mention, someone may need a job. I will always go to where the cashier is, if there is one. I won't care if that line is wrapped around the store. Though I do feel bad for the cashier's, because they put up with a lot. I will always be respectful, try to make them smile and always bag and load my own cart for them, just to make it easier. Because there is usually 1 or 2 working, if your lucky. It's not the cashier's fault, it is the companies fault. I can only imagine how much theft might go on in those stores. That's a shame.

We love our neighborhood Kroger! One of the Managers named Tim stopped and had a friendly conversation with us and even gave the girls balloons. Always helpful, store is always clean and the cashiers are always pleasant!!

I came in at 830 to get some balloons and they couldn’t take 2 minutes to blow them up for me. I understand the floral section closes at 7 but if you’re going to do that then have more options readily available for customers, not just birthday and holiday.

This store is great but the best part is the tiny part of the deli! The woman Katherine (maybe?) is such a pleasure and her food is so good. I work across the street so I eat her chicken all the time. Definitely a nice snack to munch on while shopping too.

Constantly has pretty good sales, cashiers are very nice and quick, and the store has 95% of what I need when it comes to groceries. I visit every week to stock up. My only personal complaint is that the coffee creamers do need restocking more often throughout the afternoon hours. Most of my visits I sadly can't find any available with the shelves completely empty. They also stopped hand-making and selling fresh basic California Roll sushi with spicy mayo sauce I think. Other than those two particular things I personally need, it is still a very lovely store. 😊♥️

DONNA! I came in today for check cashing at Money services and Donna is not a nice person. She took my check and license and said Nope I can’t cash this and handed it to me and walked away. Let this be Known that this is not how you Handle customers. IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO WORK, YOU SHOULD OF WENT HOME. I will never go to this location again if she is working. I will be speaking to a manager tomorrow.

This is our local Kroger and it is a very clean and well organized grocer. The staff is very professional and prompt to questions and concerns. The parking lot is also very clean which is very beneficial since it stays so busy most of the time. The Starbucks right inside the front door is a nice touch and thoughtful partnership for the shoppers.
