The personnel needs to pay attention to what ever the customers order instead of chatting and gossiping. It would be nice if they would give you napkins when you go to the drive through. The person that makes the coffee in the mornings needs to be trained a little more.

Customer service is great! Very friendly employees! For those who don’t know, you can’t get flamin’ hot donuts at Dunkin’… they ship the donuts in the night before… so really… you’re getting a day old donut. But then again we’re not donut connoisseurs.

My order is wrong Every.Single.Time….I cannot wrap my head around this. The donuts are ALWAYS stale. Dunkin is my favorite coffee and this one is closest to me so I painfully go anyway 🙄. Maybe it’s time to crossover to Starbucks 🤷🏽♀️. Fix it Dunkin’!

I’ve gone to this location many times on my way home but today’s visit was the best! I could tell the store was short-staffed but the workers were very nice and the drink I ordered (Signature Iced Caramel Craze latte) was no lie the best tasting I’ve ever gotten at Dunkin!

To all the customers mentioning the entrance. I’m working on it! I personally got out there to fill the holes with the tar like rocks from lowes, it’s better but not perfect. There are parts of it that can not be fixed without the city coming out and I just don’t think they are going to be willing to replace a drainage grate because it’s bumpy. I’m working with the owners to get it fixed as best as possible. You are heard.

Just felt inclined to give this location a great rating. I always experience fantastic customer service here. Everyone always seems so happy and friendly. Its very refreshing to get that in a drive thru these days. The coffee also keeps my girlfriend happy so it's a win win for me.

Bought the box of donut holes, I must say these are Fabulous! You get a very Nice Assortment, it even had some fruit preserves filled donut holes!!!! 👍

Today I ordered an apple fritter for the first time from here. I love apple fritters although most people do not. However, after I warmed my "thought to be delicious" apple fritter in the microwave, it tased very greasy. The grease taste was so overwhelming, I decided to squeeze it to see why. Well the fritter was saturated with oil. I couldn't believe my eyes, so I took a picture. The only thing I've seen return this much grease is pork. Now I'm not a chef, but to have this much grease return from a cooked item, you had to either refry it or let it sit too long in a pan of grease. And yes, my stomach was queasy. Please do better cooking your donuts. They can give a person atherosclerosis very quickly. I gave 3 stars because the turkey breafast sandwich, mocha, and drive-thru service was good.
