If I could give this place a negative star I would. The food has always been good and the manager has always been super nice. The problem is with certain staff. You better know what you want when you go in there because Alonna gets frustrated if u ask questions and gets annoyed probably because she had to get back to her drive thru. The second time we were in there this same girl Alonna forgets a hash brown and I said about it and instead of getting it she stands there and wants a confrontation about it. I know what we ordered and she then stands there and makes a scene in front of her manager. She then rips the tray out from my hand slams it over puts a hash brown on it and slams it down on the counter. Had I not been with 2 other people she would’ve been giving me my money back. She clearly needs to go to some customer service classes or some kind of anger management class. I did have a discussion with her manager before I left and a phone call to the office will be next. I understand there is no help at places but there is no excuse for rudeness like this. ~Sphynx

I wish there was a minus star...the Bellefonte PA pharmacy, once dependable, has become extremely problematic this year. Not open frequently, pharmacy understaffed, wrong meds, medication not available, open hours constantly changing. A very unstable company. We are now looking for an alternative. (I feel sorry for the staff, who have to face angry customers on a daily basis due to poor management by the company) ~Barbara

If I could give more stars, I would. Last night, we stopped in close to their close time. We had family from out of town to celebrate our sons birthday and our daughters middle school play. Things got later than we thought for dinner and thankfully Mama Lucretia’s was open. When we walked in, they had enough work already that they probably were going to get out of work late as it was. But when we opened their door, they smiled and warmly invited us in. And even though it was late, they made an amazing dinner for us. The food was incredible. And the server we had went all out to give us a good experience even amongst chaos. We do not normally show up closer to close time for restaurants. But this was sort of an unusual circumstance. They truly knocked it out of the park and I encourage everyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine to check them out. They are a gem here in Bellefonte. Never had a meal here that I didn’t absolutely love! ~Jennifer

They were super excited to help me find my perfect wedding dress. They had a great selection and my one on one appointment felt really special even though the store was busy for prom. I found my dream dress and we even had time to go over bridesmaid dress colors that best matched my pick! I can't wait to work with them for the rest of my wedding party. ~Alyssa
