We have been using Gladieux since November 2021 to construct our new home. They have provided lumber and other building material. Their pricing has been competitive. What really sets them apart is their service! They have an excellent staff that always goes above and beyond. Building a house has so many challenges and choosing the wrong vendor can make the experience more difficult. We are 100% happy we chose Gladieux! Unlike a big box store, you get a personal touch. Had a excellent experience with the individuals at this location. Was interested in purchasing a particular chainsaw and a young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful! The manager, a young lady by the name of Tara was also very helpful and even called me to help fine tune my order.... Once I left... As I had a made a mistake in my order! You can't go wrong shopping here because it's hard to find nice people at these stores anymore! They will definitely be getting more of my money in the future! ~James

Just want to give a shout out to Jason and the folks at Benny’s garage for getting me out of a jam! I was stranded with my F-250 and my 27ft travel trailer at Maumee Bay State Park and needed to get home to Michigan. Jason took my call, understood my transmission issue right away and got me up and running so I could safely get home. He even helped my fellow campers out with an issue on their trailer! Ask them to service my vehicle wasn't starting like the battery was bad. Told them the prblm. Changed battery returned home and had same pblm.. they said take to a dealer I can't help..! Took it to my dealer and come to find out there is an aux battery to the distributor/alternator and your guys DIDN'T know... I loved dan r's and they were reliable...now they r not... will never take there again... sorry larry u stayed on and hav to go buy their rules... ~Lyn

I recently purchased a used vehicle, and I couldn't be happier! Mail is always coming up missing and tracking never shows until it's delivered if at all. There needs to be an investigation done at this location and pontiac where most of my items get sent through because this is unacceptable. I am trying to run an online business and I pay for tracking so why is this not being done? ~Brittany
