Had a excellent experience with the individuals at this location. Was interested in purchasing a particular chainsaw and a young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful! The manager, a young lady by the name of Tara was also very helpful and even called me to help fine tune my order.... Once I left... As I had a made a mistake in my order! You can't go wrong shopping here because it's hard to find nice people at these stores anymore! They will definitely be getting more of my money in the future!

I took in a propane tank to get refilled. Not having had a previous experience, I wasn't sure where to go. It was dark, rainy and a sweet young lady had been waiting for me. She graciously accepted my apology for having her wait in the rain. She continues in a helpful gracious manner through the whole process. I appreciate her. I also have always had a pleasant customer service experience while in the store.
