Mail is always coming up missing and tracking never shows until it's delivered if at all. There needs to be an investigation done at this location and pontiac where most of my items get sent through because this is unacceptable. I am trying to run an online business and I pay for tracking so why is this not being done?

Not sure what the deal is, been using this location now for over two years and it seems the delivery network is in tatters. Anything that is routed to Pontiac, MI takes forever to move through, if at all. I run an online business and of course any orders that rely on this part of the network are resulting in a large amount of returns/refunds. These items are sent 1st class envelopes and while others that route through other parts of the network seem to arrive in a timely fashion out of this location to Pontiac, MI are either coming up missing or stolen. Even worse is the items are not being scanned to show reception so it looks like the fault of the business owner. Since USPS provides a pre-arranged delivery service through the platform I sell on, the tracking # given is allegedly unique and internally they can't track it, wtaf? This has been a really disheartening and unpleasant experience and USPS needs to do an audit or something to figure out why things like this happen, it's simply unacceptable.

Glad I am not the only one who has problems with them. They decided to mark all my mail return to sender. I wish Amazon would not use them. I have zero issues with UPS. Fedex is even better than them. I’m getting a PO box so they don’t have to get out of the truck and deliver the mail. How nice of me to pay them to do their job. I am praying Amazon expand their own courier service and they can quit using them. Update: Amazing how a package is marked “no access to the front door.” I guess if you don’t even drive down the street when marking that, there is no access from the post office. I get they don’t to deliver 2 weeks worth of mail and packages on a Saturday but it’s what they’re paid to do. So I needed to ship a box and knew this had a self service kiosk. So I got a box and paid for shipping. Apparently this post office locks the package drop off. Never had this issue at Amherst. So why have self service kiosks if they won’t let you drop items off?

I was just talked to by the same lady who was going maskless in the heart of the pandemic. When the Great Mike Dewine made it a mandate. Her eye rolls and just utter.disrespect when I just was trying to understand the process and was asking questions, so I am informed on my issue. I then asked her name, and she continued to escalate the situation, refusing to give it to me. As a government employee, I would expect the respect given to be returned. Every time I go to this location if she is there. I have a horrible experience, even if she doesn't wait with me. She was on the far right register today. I have no clue how she still has or wants a customer service job. Or job at all.

lost 2 of my pay checks! been in Ohio since July, change of address done and taken care of, last 2 weeks I have received no mail, even though I've been receiving mail since I've been here. when I stopped in at the post office to ask I was told a number of lies. 1. that its due to my change of address (not true that was done months ago why would it suddenly matter now) 2 tried telling me its my job not sending them (been shown proof by the company I work for) 3 finally the supervisor stumbled out the the back to just rudely state "if you don't have it , we don't have it" as if their system is infallible, even though a month ago I got all of my neighbors mail in my box. awful service, vile supervisor, I don't know anyone who can survive one missing check, let alone two, but I don't get a choice of who delivers my mail. if you want to move to Ohio and you're reading this, avoid Oregon, ill be googling soup kitchens in my area until I am allowed to get my paychecks, bet everyone at that office get to eat tonight, I don't know if I do!

They returned all my mail to the sender without letting me know prior. I didn’t know until I posted a note on my building door saying I was looking for my package and whoever delivered the mail wrote a rude message in response claiming I “NEVER” check my mail - I’m sorry, but I work 12 hour shifts and don’t think to check my mail every hour of every day. My mailbox wouldn’t get filled if you were to stop sending me ads I never asked for. Wow, thanks for letting me know! It would’ve been great to know that before you returned all my stuff and now I can’t get them back because the refunds have already processed. You can’t get more unprofessional than that. Thanks for causing me so much anxiety and stress with making me worry that my packages have been stolen.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff in the post office and we have the best mailman ever! Location is convenient and easily accessible. The post office is a bargain for all of my shipping and mailing needs.

This is July 2020 and before this I would of given them 5 Stars but since the Post Office was appointed a new Post Master General this facility, probably along with all of them, has gotten horrible with mail delivery. It's like they're purposely being destroyed. I live in a second floor apartment and about two weeks ago they stopped delivering my packages if they won't fit in the mailbox. Unbelievable!! I called to see what was going on because this has never happened to me before. They said that they are short staffed and have new rules and instructions from the Post Master General to do these things.

The consistently overflowing drop boxes in front of this location are disgusting. Look, ma, I can grab handful after handful of other people's outgoing mail! A less honest person would gladly steal it and would be able to get all kinds of personal information, including credit card numbers, medical bills, etc. USPS ain't what it used to be.

Used the drive through boxes at the parking lot there today. NEVER AGAIN. At 11:30AM the boxes were OVERLOADED to the point that I could reach in and grab outgoing mail, including several bills, letters, and other items this location had been entrusted to mail. When my wife went in to let them know, they acted like it was no big deal. Wonder how they would feel if they put THEIR PERSONAL MAIL, THEIR BILLS, into that box and someone grabbed them out of there?! Horrible. We are NEVER going back to this branch again. Nope.
