Found my dream truck, a low mileage, fully loaded ‘19 Ford Raptor. Fortunately, this dealership is only 5 minutes away, and I didn’t have to go hours away. The process was fine and everyone was nice and helpful. The process did take a bit longer from start to finish than I would have hoped, but in the end it all worked out. A couple things we needed to take care of for the truck were promised to be remedied such as providing me with a second key fob, which is already scheduled and being proactive. Would recommend them.

We recently took one of our vehicles into Interstate Ford for a recall. After getting the car back from the fix we not only noticed scratches on the driver's door panel, but cracked trim, missing plugs, as well as a severe rattle inside the driver door; all of these were not present after dropping the vehicle off. We called and they had us bring the car back in to fix it. They were able to resolve the rattle in the door but said they would have to order the trim pieces for the door. We scheduled yet another appointment for Interstate Ford to fix their mistake. After them having the car all morning, Mike called and told us that they were not the ones how damaged the vehicle and blamed us for the damage. They refused to fix their mistake and are not going to do anything about it. We are extremely disappointed in the customer service and are very hesitant to return to this dealership.

Our buying experience at Interstate Ford was top of the line from start to finish. Corey met us upon arrival. He was very informative and knowledgeable answering questions about the vehicle we were interested in. Once we decided on purchasing the vehicle Corey was very efficient in helping work out the arrangements for our purchase. He made things very simple in managing our trade in also. Wesley handled the details for our financing of the vehicle. He too was very complete and efficient in handling all that was needed. All the staff including the general manager were courteous and friendly. It was any easy and low pressure sale. We drove off the lot in our new vehicle and had no major tasks to deal with after the purchase. Our previous Ford Expedition we traded in was 15 years old and buying another Ford Expedition was an easy choice. The new vehicle is exceptionally well built and a great value for the price.

Interstate Ford in Miamisburg gets 5+ Stars. The process was a little slow but that's because Caleb wanted to make sure he did his due diligence. Caleb was very attentive to my needs and kept me updated on the status of me new vehicle. Nothing would have hurt more than a 30 minute trip and there is no car. I will definitely refer friends and family to Interstate for!!!

Just took delivery of my very awesome and very anticipated Ford Maverick. Thomas was awesome throughout the whole process. It took almost 9 full months to get it, but at no fault of the dealership (ship shortages & supply chain issues). Even more important, the buying process was great. At no point I felt pressured. I would highly recommend this place. Ask for Thomas, he will treat you right.

We were looking to get out of one of our gas guzzlers and found this hottie. This was just another smooth as butter transaction. Tony and the team here are to good to be true. The gave us the time we needed to make sure this was the deal we wanted and we can't thank them enough for that. On a side note, we have been coming here for over 10 years to buy and service new and used cars. The service department here does some of the best work there is to be found. We love this business for their commitment to the Dayton area and can't wait to see what the next purchase will be. lol

I had heard horror stories about buying a car during this time when new vehicle inventory was scarce and used cars were not much better. But with a freshly totaled vehicle and lots of worries ahead, we began researching. When we walked into Interstate Ford all of our worries were put to ease. I purchased a 2019 Ford Edge with great mileage and a few bells and whistles for below internet prescribed pricing. We had a great sales and financing experience at Interstate, and they were able to cut my interest rate IN HALF!!!! Saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. I have been in my vehicle for just over a month now and could not be happier with the car or the experience we had at Interstate Ford. We will absolutely be doing business with them again in the future and have recommended to anyone who will listen since then! The service manager Nick was nice but this is the condition that the technician left my wiring harness in after repairing my backup camera. Very poor quality and integrity. Not the level of repair I was expecting from a dealership. I definitely paid for top shelf work but did not receive it.
