Service write Will is awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable. Now….the technician needs a little education. 2013 Boss 302 Mustang. Simple oil change. Uses a lot of oil. Got it home and parked it. Next day was looking at the receipt and saw they only added 8 quarts of oil. Sure enough I checked it that morning and even cold the oil level was below the hash marks. I called and spoke to William and am going to pick up the oil that I was shorted. It’s a rare car and in my opinion they should check a little extra carefully on capacities.

Finally took delivery of my much anticipated new Escape, and couldn't be happier! Dave was extremely helpful keeping me informed through out the entire waiting process from ordering to delivery. Matt in finance made sure everything was exacting to our requests keeping it at our calculated budget. I can't say enough about Eric's in depth knowledge and presentation when it came time to pick up our vehicle. Overall it was a smooth and stress free experience which my wife and I are forever grateful .Great job Gillingham team!

Called Gillingham when another facility canceled my scheduled oil change with two hours' notice. They fit me in the next day. Although $65 for an oil change/lube/rotation strikes me as a little pricey, the service manager was very accommodating and easy to deal with. When I arrived to pick up the car a minute before closing, and they couldn't check me out because the cashier had already gone home, they gave me the keys and let me pay over the phone the next morning. I'd heard good things about the customer-responsiveness at Gillingham, and from what I can tell those compliments are deserved.

Great staff. Everyone professional and friendly. My deal was very good and I drove 500 miles each way to make the purchase of a 2021 Mustang GT Premium. They handled all the paperwork within 30 minutes and had me back on the road only a couple hours after arriving. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Very very happy with my new car.

Will at Bob Gillingham Ford is my hero! I was in a pickle, 9 hours from home and my new E450 truck power steering high pressure line failed (per Ford recall 22S08). After unsuccessful getting any of the 5 other Cleveland area dealers to take me in, Bob Gillingham Ford made it happen. Will arranged for a rental car, had the situation quickly assessed and parts ordered right away. He called to let me know the parts would be in 2 days later. On the day the parts were to arrive I got another call that the vehicle was ready. Amazing! This dealership is busy and dealing with all the issues everyone else is dealing with but Will went the extra mile to help a customer in need. I forever grateful! Thank you!

The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. This dealership is definitely not the closest Ford dealership to our home but we will always drive out of our way to work with this staff.
